I know this because my ability targets the person being wagoned (in this case Ythan), so in order to remove zwet's vote, it would have to be shifted to Reckamonic.

Whoever is causing the shift.... it's more pro-town for you to claim your role and tell the town what the shifts are. It happened in Reck's last game, Mad Mad Mad mafia... I caused the shift in that game.
