1) In MoHO, cop cost 135 faith, which would take almost two weeks to build back up to. Neighborizer was 70, which is rebuilt in 5 days.
2) Given that each order can be used once, and assuming that the seraphs do not have any strong townreads, too much of a risk that you give the only cop to a scum.
3) Better to give out doctor first, then cop, then tell doctor who cop is via one of the communication orders.

What I was trying to say is that the slip is bad and not an indication of towniness, but I eventually decided after I posted that post that gude was scummier.

It is serious, but it is not based on anything that has occurred in this game. I can't explain it more than that. Hence the [redacted]. If/when what occurs in this game outweigh that, I will change my vote. Until then, it'll stay on Jack.
