I have. I read all the newer posts since I've replaced in and frankly, my very limited suspect list is also Amrun and Lowell. No joke, I remember I wrote that in-thread.

That is good that we're thinking similarly. I think I had a paranoid neurotic breakdown when I was on my OHNO quickhammer binge. I'm relying on my early feeling that the way EPM claimed was a townslip and you (as his replacement) are confirmed town to me. Vezok is also confirmed town to me.

I agree with the killing of Lowell but am leaning Calcifer over Amrun. That whole "I'll allow myself to be vigged but only if the town kill Seacore over whoever they jointly suspect" comment cemented that read.

Another small theory RE calcifer. Calcifer was potentially going to be pushed into accepting a Day Vig from ckd. So calcifer first made an unreasonable request to put it off for a day, and then CKD finally dies, despite openly being a tool for the town for days.

Based on all those newbie games, the quote above is a very basic scumtell. I'm unsure if it's still applicable in a Large game (as I've learn that scumhunting in a Mini is different from a Large).

I'm also unsure about any claims that Seacore have made (sidenote: I facepalmed at myself for not realizing that my predecessor already claimed; but this is immaterial). Care to share?

EBWOP: By "those newbie games" I meant that people cheering on a NK in those are usually scum. NOT that I'm implying that newbie games and 3rd parties. This much should be clear.

Okay. Some context.

A bunch of us thought CKD was a Serial Killer. A bunch of others thought he was a conditional vig.

I was in the former, but content that if I was right, he was somewhat tamed, and if I was wrong then yay.
Given how hard it is to find scum amongst a bunch of anti-town townies I did not relish going back to a conversation of "should we use up a lynch on CKD"
Scum thankfully did that for us.

And now I ask the question again of why they would choose now to do that? Granted, they probably didn't know whether he was town or third party, but they must have realised we didn't know that either. They could have waited for that conversation to potentially soak up a lynch, or at least distract the town.

I suggest that it's because we were threatening to use it on calcifer.

Also, I see no reason for me to claim. My claim will not aid in scum hunting.

Yeah vezok and EPM/Charlie, now that I think about it, are probably town.

Seacore #1829 and #1833 are good.

The only suspicion Calcifer has expressed of Seacore seems to be how he didn't take a hard stance on Cirno. During that episode, tried to paint Seacore as scummy for taking a more nuanced view on Cirno's anti-town behavior. That argument is bad. His recent contributions seem scarce too.

The thing about CKD was that we were probably going to lynch him before endgame. So why would scum kill him now when we have confirmed townies.

I don't like calcifer, but I feel like your above speculation is a lot of WIFOM.

I feel like it would make more sense if scum killed CKD because we were increasingly referring to him as vig and people were being less and less suspicious of him. I would like to look back at comments on CKD and see who (if anyone) tested the waters to see if there was still suspicions on CKD. I feel like maybe Alt did this.

It's still sort of WIFOM-ish though I guess.

I have wondered if it was a mountainous game for a while, but CKD being a possible vig was fucking with that. Now that CKD is dead SK, I was pretty sure it was mountainous and was suggesting a massclaim to see if scum would fake claim a power role and then be caught. You know, like Hez and Tajo both fakeclaimed and hadn't realized it was mountainous.
