I'd say it isn't worth building early on, as it kind of detracts from your tankiness. If you're doing well and already have solid items for resistances (fon / frozen heart come to mind as possibilities, though this is just off the head examples), then I don't see why not. It gives health (which is nice), and basically ensures that bitches be dead when you bandage them / cry all over their shoes / etc.

But this assumes you're already doing

. Otherwise, you're just better off getting tankier. Amumu's damage is already strong without any ap.

It's to stop cheaters from watching their stream for info, in case either the delay isn't long enough or there isn't any delay at all (since a long delay makes interacting with people watching your stream really hard)

flat mr blues are nice, dodge yellows were nice (RIP nimbleness ), flat AD reds have some minor usefulness, APen quints are great

i like flat MR blues for more lane dominance vs strong burst mids, tbh (the crossover point for scaling>flat is level 10, as a note)

For caster Seals I usually run the mana regen per lvl, which you have, or health per lvl because I find it gives me that sliiight edge of being more tanky (or because Akali doesn't have mana to regen)

For Glyphs, you have a few choices. Flat MR is a solid choice, or scaling MR if you find your endgame build is lacking MR where you really need it. I personally find flat CDR more useful than the scaling ones since the crossover point is level 13, and I feel it helps the early game more significantly than the scaling runes help the mid/late to endgame. The last really useful caster glyph I'd consider are AP runes. Scaling or flat both work fine (crossover point is the scaling start to be more useful at lvl 6 if you're curious)

I'm mentioning Marks and Quints last because you pretty much already have them. Always always always always use flat Magic Pen marks for most casters. Your HP quints or AP quints are also both excellent choices.

It's nice to watch someone who can actually hit with that mf ult, cuz it just doesn't happen in lower level play. People are really bad about making it obvious they're about to ult, or aiming for one person when they could've hit 3, etc.

Absolutely get them. I use them for high burst mages (Brand, Morgana, Karthus, Malz, etc...)

With 18 pages, you'll find a spot for them somewhere.

Yes, if you have extra gold then get either A) more wards, B) oracles or C) CDR.

Been doing this for a while in solo queue as Taric and Sona, personally I feel it's much better than the 0CS style just in terms of lane survivability. I think it's very much a personal preference thing though, and entirely dependent on whether or not you can get that early first blood.
