smallpeoples343 wrote:If there is no role name, do we assume Townie?

Yates wrote:@redFF - why did you hammer Xeras after his claim? Wouldn't it have made sense to wait until later in the game? Remember, I'm a noob, so explain it so even I can understand. Thanks.

playing newb-town? Neither seem genuine to me.
Extra scum points to Yates for trying to make Red's hammer sound like a scum tactic. I would have also hammered Xeras after the Survivor claim since it's not in their best interest to be pro-town. And imo, that was a good lynch

Yates wrote:Thanks. I just realized he was 3rd party [yellow] and not a Town role [green]. That makes redFF less suspicious than if Survivor was a Town role. It also makes sense for redFF to vote 3rd party [in case he was SK] given he was the counter-wagon.

newb-town tactic again? Still not genuine...

Jason wrote:his innitial vote on me was 'For now' almost like he knew he would be changing and just trying to get on a wagon.

Have you only seen this behavior from Scum?

Zeek wrote:How does it matter what the role was? He was confirmed town, that is all we need to know.

vote: smallpeople

Intent to quicklynch? Your first point is completely non-relevant to the vote. Sneaky.

Jason gets town points for bringing up the L-2 on smallpeoples and for stopping the Xeras' SK/Survivor conversation in favor of scum hunting.

Klazam gets the same points for telling people not to dwell on Xeras' alignment. It doesn't help progress anything. Although those people who are dwelling on it get minor scum points.

Yates wrote:Guys, I think he was just adding on to my question regarding why redFF would hammer vote. It makes more sense if Xeras *could* have been the SK and redFF was using that as his argument. To me, that's an important piece of information.

I guess what I'm getting at is I don't want to see
people voting for SP for the wrong reasons [helping me out!]
. Would you mind unvoting SP unless you have other information that hasn't been shared yet?

Yates gets town points for bringing up that there should be unvotes on smallpeoples.

@Yates:
What do you mean by the part I bolded? What makes them wrong reasons and what is [helping me out!]?

Red gets town points for not liking the quick bandwagon either. And Yates.

Redff wrote:yeah that's rbt's first mention of small apart from calling him null on day 1...

good point.. Although I don't think I mentioned smallpeoples either and I had him as my top scum suspect aside from Xeras.

Yates wrote:
I also just did an ISO on RBT. If RBT is actually a Miller, I'm really disappointed in her play. Her "reads" aren't making any sense to me. In fact, she has been proven wrong and yet to be proven right.

I like this cause I agree with it, RBT is the closest thing to a town since she claimed but isn't coming off as pro-town. I want to see some more effort from someone who's claimed. This was why I asked people who've played with her before if she was a good scum hunter because at the very least, the Miller should be doing effective scum hunting since the scum know your role.

My power just went out... erased a bunch of stuff I was gonna post. I don't feel like rereading and reposting those right now so I'll get back to it a little later.

@Yates: Let me finish the rest of my post-reading and comments. I agree though, I think at least 1 scum is in there.

Town points for saying someone is at l-2 and then again when someone says we should unvote? Are you just trying to be ridiculous on purpose?

@Ravel - as I said, this is my first [well - 2nd if you count the game I'm in] mafiascum game. When I saw "Survivor" I just thought that was a theme name for a vanilla townie. I didn't realize that "Survivor" is an actual role. We never had that role in the Epic games I played. When I saw redFF hammering a "survivor" I thought he was hammering a "vanilla townie." That's why I thought it was suspicious. SP cleared that up for me then got voted on for supposedly trying to confuse people when in fact he just helped a confused person. I hope I made that more clear.

those were my first impressions.

Pointing out the L-2 and telling people to unvote because of that? Those are all good things to me

I don't see the big difference in those that makes it somehow ridiculous?

PEdit: Yates - Yes, I see it now.

Ravel, giving someone "town points" for obvious bullshit is ridiculous. Its like I was telling Yates that trying too hard to seem "helpful" is a major scum trait. You showering people with peace, love and flowers onoly serves to make me suspicious.

How about looking for who is the scum over who is the town?

Yates wrote:"For now" - see post 56 then post 171. I think that's why I'm not reading too much into the "for now" statement. It looks like that's just how he talks/plays.

Good point, I see effort in trying to verify people's cases on others. This part of Jason's case on smallpeoples is now at worst a null-tell. Understandably though, if smallpeoples flips scum, we'd look at you.

@Courk:
What are your thoughts on Day 1? You were gone for a lot of it and it would have been nice to have had your thoughts posted before the lynch.

I'm agreeing with IS about Jason right now. He also didn't answer my Day 1 request:
Jason wrote:Jason, you said that there is scum in the list of people who are pushing for a name claim. Can you provide us that list in order of scumminess? If you're gonna point out that you suspect scum is in there, why not just list them off?
[/quote]
I'd still like this by the way...

Also, can I have a clarification as to what a White Knight is?

alright, I'll keep the town points to myself then. It's just my way to determine who I see as town and as a process of elimination, who's scum.

That doesnt work. Scum can easily fake all of those points you deem to be townish. Youre headed straight into disaster thinking like this.
A White Knight is someone that enjoys sprinkling an air of superiority over the town. Brandishing the White Knight armor and making the rest of the town think he is a townie beyond reproach and suspicion. Usually they turn out to be scum, so they all need to die.

In the meantime, we are steering away from the task at hand. JasonScum needs to hang.

Point taken. I'll look at those points as more on the null-side

Since he's in my top 2 scum list, I'm all for putting pressure on Jason.

I happen to agree with the Jason wagon right now. He jumped on an early SP wagon *way* too quickly. As I said earlier, I am 100% convinced at
least
one of those early wagoners is scum and Jason has dug the biggest hole. Until I hear a convincing argument NOT to vote for Jason,

@Yates - In all honesty, I'd rather you spend less time talking about how your new to this site etc. It doesn't help you, all it does is make it seem like you're trying to make excuses for your play. I have you as town right now, but posting about how you're new doesn't help you in my eyes.

I have RBT as scum right now, she's dropped off the map and that's suspicious. The miller claim is a cop out, any scum can claim miller. I'd like a name claim (Unless she did and I missed it) so we can get more evidence.

Anyway, I'd like an explanation from Jason about him jumping on the wagon so quick. I don't see SP as scummy enough for people to be trying to lynch him without discussion, and I'd like to see Jason's reasoning.

Everything in this game is so rushed...

Hmm... if the names of those who started my wagon and Jason's wagon are different, that could be a contradiction I guess...
After a break from MafiaScum, I am back, and limiting myself to 2 games at most at one time.
Let's see how it goes.

Also, based on Red's latest misreps and terrible play, I think he does need to go today, not later. He obviously doesn't have a desire to implicate his buddies at this point. I will still lynch small, but we can't let this obvscum stay on the loose.
