While Fennin has not played well, his suggestion is not a bad one. After Phil cast the L-1 vote he started to look like a crowd-pleaser. His vote was right after two people already on the wagon said Fennin needed to die, then this after Iceguy's comment. And then he parrots iceguy's question. After Fennin put himself to L-1 Phil unvotes and then when kondi says we should stop unvoting phil revotes in agreement. Also, you said you wanted to pursue that line of questioning on Maru (as a reason for your unvote, I believe). Well then, do it. Maru's translation of what you said looks more valid than your own claimed reasons at the moment.
As for Maru, Iceguy and Mhork are right; you seem very much in a hurry to lynch here. This is horrible. Since when is making it easier for someone to replace in a valid hammer reason? There were already other reasons to cast a hammer (i.e. the self-vote; I was a little surprised he didn't get lynched soon after that) but you argue from that angle? You seem rather desperate to get this through.
