By the way, hindu, why did you max your E over your W?

Maxed W around lvl 3 or so. Got e first because I hadnt picked a skill when we invaded and then you facechecked that bush so I put a point into it then and used it and exhausted xin when he chased Trist.

I had a bad feeling in that second inhouse, the minute Hindu said in the skype call that he was expecting to easily win top lane. In retrospect I could have maybe given him the stolen red buff, but I was trying to overcome the slow WW jungle and rush 6 asap.

For the record, on that stream, it looks like Im just popping flash for no reason but the reason I used it was to try and get the kill. By the time I noticed how much minion aggro I had pulled, I was going to die no matter what so I was flashing to try and get an exchange.

A brief summary of thoughts:
- I need to remember how much Procaster hates dual monitors.
- That hard random Anivia was surprisingly stable in lane against Morg, I imagine a JD who was prepared for that lane might have done better. Anivia probably loses it until 6 and Tear, but then it becomes AoE farming time for both sides.
- AD Kayle is bad and Pie should feel bad. Also questionable was the decision not to put any points into heal, in a lane where you were getting beaten back a lot and could only really fight whenever you had Ignite up.
- Bot lane was typically passive and probably the only lane purple team were level on, I personally disagree with Ank on Soraka and this is why - that Janna/Cait lane could have been a lot more aggressive if someone like Sona was there.
- KENNEN 2 STRONK (especially when given first blood and with no real pressure on the lane from the jungler).
- Considering the major sources of damage in teamfights for blue were Kennen and Morg, the defensive items that were bought for purple seemed more than a little out of whack.

That game was painful to watch just because it seemed to be pretty much over at 3:00 due to a combination of the Kayle pick, the first blood on Kennen and the stolen blue. The fact it was dragged out to 35 odd minutes at all is a testament to the continued inability of some of us to really kill off games when we should.

You had 1-1-3-0 when JD clicked on you at lvl 5.

You can't actually gank a kennen if he isn't at the enemy T2 tower.

So I just played with RiotLykaeus. Of course, I had to go herrrderrrr and feed the enemy vlad 2 kills top... followed by me killing him once and taking top tower, so it wasn't all too horrible. I ended up imploding in fights and being the only death for our aces. Win.

I just got to the point where people accused me of tryharding in inhouses. I have done no such thig since the game where I murdered nuwen in mid.

When did "tryhard" become an insult, and how can it possibly be taken that way?

Stag, you are the best player on mafiascum- most definitely. Ank being in second... when he plays AD carries at least. (He's not nearly as skilled at other roles comparatively) You on the other hand, can play multiple roles and be just fine- even with the roles you hate- you get freaking penta kills. ANY team you are on is going to make the game feel very one sided.

be on the same team at the same time. It was obvious you two would crush anyone you were up against, unless the other team had Ank and Ghostfrog... maybe.
In fact- I don't think you've lost a single game in an inhouse, or have you?

I don't even know why I take tryhard as an insult. I probably associate it with RAAAAGEEEFUCKYOUDIE-tryhard-style... which would actually be fairly accurate if it were true in my case - I'm simply not tryharding in inhouses (or really, ever) because I get angry at everything if I do that and lose and then everything is horrible and sad.

As for me and Fate being on the same team - the first game would actually go decently if they put an udyr or something like that top. I don't think the games are unwinnably one-sided, even if they might be on our side a bit. But, yeah, it was probably a bit of a dick move.

I did lose two inhouses, when I faced the famed jungle Lee.

Staeg can play like 3 things. Good play in DoTA means NEVER being in a situation where you can be ocunterpicked if you have the draft advantage, or knowing how to pick wisely if you don't. It doesn't just mean "I beat people herpa herpa herpa with my champion set." I can't think of anyone on mafiascum who fits that criteria, which should come as no surprise. It literally took thousands of hours of play to hit that point in dota; no one on MS has played the necessary amount to know the ins and outs of this game. I certainly haven't.

It's the same reason playing with AD carry Ank on a real AD carry is iffy for inhousing. We're not all of the same skill level, they should use the inhouses to try out new stuff, not take their best and crush the opposition =/
