Ok, Strategy/Building question which will actually help more people than me I believe.

I'm Riven. Other Team is GP, Morde, Amumu, Leona, Graves. I'm top against GP. Do you build Merc Treads because of their CC or do you build Tabi because of GP? I chose Treads and got raged at cause I died after Galio and mundo had already died to GP.

Like DRK said, just get a Chain Vest if you need armor on top of the Mercs. You'll usually build it into an Atma's or a Thornmail or something later on.

Mercs 100%.

It's much easier to itemize for armor than it is to itemize for tenacity.

Also this, more generally. Post-laning, the Tabi bonus seems only worthwhile against super scary levels of physical damage.

I think AP Yi is early and mid and if he gets ahead due to his ultra strong early game, he can just steam roll the whole oppsing team with his AoE.

I always start my laneyi with a doran's ring, though, and my runepage is my jungle mao runepage (AS Reds and AP quints). It gives him awesome early sustain and harrass. I then build into regular AD things.

So ONM is probably going to be attempting Go4LoL tomorrow.

. This is going to be the first real test of our line-up (currently I'm jungling, Shanba top, Patrick mid, peg AD, BBM support; our bench consists of Izzy, bev, and scot). I don't have super super high hopes for us - my own personal goal is to just win one match, so if we manage that I'll consider it a success (and if not, we'll at least have something to analyze and work on). The main worry is that I'll fail at jungling (the only jungle champs I play that I have faith in in a competitive setting are Skarner/Maokai/Nautilus, with big maybes on Riven/Lee Sin/Hecarim), so you'll have a first-person perspective of where things will go wrong (if they do).

Tune into my stream (or possibly peg's) at ~3 PM EST (probably starting streaming during check-in, just to record the entire thing) to watch the first attempt (that I know of) of a full team of MSers in Go4LoL.

If you take that as lack of confidence, whatever. All I'm really saying is that the likelihood of going against a top or near top leveled team is really high.

I tried crossing over to AD, lategame with him. As in, after I bought Rabadons and Lich, I got a PD, an IE, and started building a bloodthirster.
Interestingly enough, it was half-viable.
