I can see scum claiming it or I can see Shotgun telling the truth but in that case he needs to be proven worthwhile to stay alive and needs to be dead before lylo. In my opinion.

i unvoted cause we have fucking two wagons a day and there are two lynches to analyze and i'd rather try to have TWO scum go to the bout and leave them more opportunities to mess up

I should note that I consider randomness of any kind to be bastard modding/shoddy modding/terrible modding/terrible roles/etcetcetc, and no such roles or mechanics are in this setup.

By Rock Paper Scissors, I mean the following. Due to not having any functional knowledge of this particular bit of flavour, I'll fall back on old reliable analogy of TF2 (My apologies for this...):

Let's say the characters were (say) The sniper, the heavy, and the scout. If the heavy and the scout were put into the arena, the heavy would win (Shut up, he would). Were the scout and sniper put together, the scout would win, and sniper would easily beat the heavy. I'm imagining that the system is something like that on a larger scale, with each interaction working differently.

As for the game so far, I think that shotgun hasn't really done anything wrong, and I'm a tad suspicious of the wagon, but derpy looks off.
