Seems townish to me so far; not a particularly strong read either way, though.

Prod dodge. Super tired right now, will post tomorrow.
Is it any wonder things seem so awry? We swim in a sea of confusion and don't have to think to survive, so nobody listens!

How - by him revealing his role?

That's what happens at L-1. Didn't you originally vote IceGuy for rolefishing?

I did but I retracted because I wasn't sure if I should just ignore it or throw more pressure on him. The massclaim thing is throwing me off.

If IceGuy ever flips (unlikely), Bitmap is 100% a buddy. Could be scum independently.

So you think it's okay for YOU to rolefish, then?

No... I took that vote off cause it would be rolefishing which is scummy. I mean, that's why I kind of want to drop the whole IceGuy thing.

But you said far after that that "you
wouldn't mind
L-1 pressure" on him.

If someone was up to pressure vote him, I would have no problem with helping out.

Okie dokie tutti frutti.

Sorry MattP but Staeg ain't scum anymore. UNVOTE:

In fact call me crazy but I've got this really weird feeling that all the current squabbling is probably an orgy of Town on Town, a feeling that was strongly reinforced when I checked the activity overview to see that
almost half the friggin game
has made 5 posts or less each whilst the other half totals 106 posts? That's right: ChaosOmega, Vash, MichelSableheart, Shamrock, iDanyboy, and Scooby's posts altogether comprise just over 1 in every 6 posts total??

So much scum is wallowing in that swamp of lurkers. Let's heat it up.

Okay so we'll wait for Vash to do his because those things are a *goldmine* for fast alignment determination. Hint: if he ends up not posting one OR he posts a shitty one, he's scum. Nevertheless I itch to vote him because offering a post by post is just typical scum appeasement for lurking. Then they put the analysis off forever and ask for replacement under the guise of not being able to keep up with the pace of the game.

ChaosOmega looks really really super duper textbook scum. The first three of his posts are stirring up shit about nameclaiming and setup spec, and then he chucks in some unexplained reads - scroll down - (which I admit I do too, but these ones are bad
because if he was
actually
engaged in his set-up discussion, you'd think he'd have some pretty strong reads on the other people doing it too. He doesn't.
< this is a really good reason to vote him) And then his . Lynch with fire, imo.

Michel I like because his posts are at least pretty meaty and he goes out of his way to interact with other people unlike the other lurkers here. No problemo.

Shamrock is also okay because his voting matches what he's been interested in (the rolefishing shenanigans [NB THIS IS WHAT CHAOS WOULD BE DOING IF HE WERE TOWN]). His thought processes follow and are clear without him doing anything like stating the obvious. If he's not posting much, it's probably because site meta shift between when he last played?

iDanyboy I don't like because he launches onto Bitmap for nameclaim shenanigan related reasons with no prior discussion on the shenanigans in the first place. Also this post is just really, really bad:
iDanyboy wrote:I think you are mafia though and you was bussing him and then you used any reason you could to get your vote off him.

scooby's meh. My gut feeling is that he's just lagging town who'll probably have to replace out at some point. :/

~~

Proposal: probably one and even quite likely two scum are within Vash, ChaosOmega, iDanyboy. Let's lynch one. VOTE: ChaosOmega

I'll be away for a long weekend, and won't be able to post on friday, saturday or sunday.
V/LA till monday 23th
.

Staeg's #30 doesn't feel like rolefishing, because he also states he's fine with beneficial. Which means there's no immediate pressure for a lynch, and so also no immediate pressure to claim info.

@MattP #105: if you feel Bitmap is newbtown, then why pressure him when he has a strong wagon against him? Feels like you might be trying to help a bandwagon along without committing on it.

@Bitmap: I have to agree with Amrun that you're changing your opinion on Iceguy quite a bit. You're switching back and forth on him. I disagree with him when he claims it's suspicious, but it is rather confusing and doesn't really help us. Could you please state that you have no clue when you have no clue, rahter then mention an opinion that changes every few seconds?
@Amrun: I would believe that newbie town, who starts out with virtually no information, would have a far more difficult time forming opinions then newbie scum would have. Bitmap's flipflopping is therefore more likely to come from town to me.

@666: I'm still waiting for the answer to the question I asked you in #68. Your post #117 is significantly lagging in content.

Not only is ChaosOmega posting few and far between, but he isn't adding when he is posting either. Good place for a pressure wagon, he needs more votes. Good voting by Quilford, more people should follow his example.
There is no 'a' in Michel.

Like guys I really think this is a super legit tell. Townies don't pursue a subject for more than half their posts and then suddenly vote with no indication whatsoever that they've drawn any conclusions from their activity. It sensey no makey.

I was so excited when I had this revelation that I had a massive eureka moment so let's sustain my high and vote accordingly.

Reading through CO's ISO

I don't speculate about that quilford. Ask me why in a week or two

Nexus, shamrock is voting bitmap I would bold this but I'm on my phone

MSH: I used his response to clear him. That's not helping a bandwagon along

The things I dont like about CO are his read on quilford and his vote on bitmap. His lurkiness during the push on bitmap sucks too

I don't know how I feel about the people on it

Staegs quick jump bothers me especially because he would still vote bitmap and that wagon has steam so wtf is up with the switch

Let me explain this slowly for you

Bitmap had five votes and nothing has changed your scumread on him

Chaos had two votes and you switched to him as soon as a case was brought up on him

Why did you flip on a strong scumread with a big wagon that had steam
