Oh wow 511 is really terrible, I forgot how shitty his reasoning was for being ok with my lynch too.
A lot of what Dan says is said to look productive, like telling Def, his scumread, to vote his counterwagon, just weird.
pedit: Looks emotionally charged and an unconfirmable roleclaim that would not garner a scum NK on him due to the current usefulness of his role. The "I would have had power had Phil been alive" is feeding more into the uselessness of his role.SlappyKrust- Messiah

I don't disagree. It was an absolutely terrible claim, and the way he did it was awkward. He basically let the scum know he was a VT, which is a very anti-town thing to do. I'm not sure I understand you though. Are you saying he made the claim as a way to justify why he isn't going to be night killed later? It's times like this..- MattP

I can see him not being NKd and defending it by saying he is not a good NK target due to his role. It's a secondary reason for why he could have fakeclaimed as scum.SlappyKrust- MattP

Right. I get that it's a fairly safe claim to make in a game with no role flips. If you'll entertain my question again: The night kill bit is a secondary scum motivation for him to make that claim, but what is the primarymotivation? What does hypo-scum Peregrine think he's going to gain from this? It's times like this..- MattP

His primary motivation is that he is claiming an un-counterclaimed pseudo-PR...ok, there isn't strong reasoning that points at it being a good scum move, but there are reasons why it would be a decent move. There is no town motivation for what he didSlappyKrust- Messiah

Everything you say in this post is true, but we have to work through the players in the order that we perceive is the most likely to root out the scum as quickly as possible. For me that means starting with D3f3nd3r, at least until a time when no one else wants to wagon him. I'll be damned if he isn't fighting to keep his head at the end of the day. It's times like this..- MattP

ebwop - I did play in a game once where the miller helped town win the game, so there is that....
such a shame shotty isn't capable of playing like that
I wouldn't mind lynching shotty to test the claim, but it just feels like a policy lynch. there are others way scummier who have a greater chance to flip scum.I love MUFFINS!!!- MattP

Below, you see the question you directed at me and the four times I found Pine in your analysis, the last time being on Page 10, which was 19-20 RL days ago.
Reg. 11C: I lurk because I'm not good at scumhunting. I try, but I fail. If you really study the below meta, you'll see.
Messiah, you mention a wagon on Pine, but say nothing after 10C about him. After thinking he was "this awful," why did you ignore him. As of now, what is your read on him?
FYI, I have Pine meta from NY 152 (4-4-8 Nightless, Pine was town, I was Red Scum). Lots of people found him as scum until he was lynched D12.- MattP
