CMAR is scum because my gut is screaming it. I've had experience with him as scum and he seems to playing "dumb" deliberately. He knows we're in a situation where we could lose after TODAY yet he still wants to lynch someone who's V/LA.

You'd rather quicklynch than let him, or his replacement, defend themselves. This indicates that you're desperate for his lynch. The stage we're in is the stage where town should be second guessing their reads and be as careful as possible. However for scum this stage is where they need to get mislynches quickly. Your behaviour definitively fits the latter.

All of your suspicion is stemming merely from a game in which I played well as scum (and won the game for you). However, I can play well as town too. And, though I hate to judge myself and sound scummy for it, I do believe my play in these two games differs.

I have taken no throne, just posted my thoughts.

I am not by any means quicklynching anyone. Venrob is scummy. Scum get lynched. That's how the game should be played. We cannot expect a replacement to explain Venrob's actions. Usually what happens when a scummy slot gets replaced is everyone gives the replacement a pass because he can't explain how his replacee acted. However, people forget that the player is in the same slot as the scummy player with the same allignment. I am unwilling for that to happen.

However, it seems Venrob comes back convienently.

1. ...I don't remember playing with you before. I remember modding a game with you in it, yes.

2. completely ignores (AGAIN) the context behind my reads (and apparantly ignores everything I said prior to CMAR piping up), so I'll explain.

Coming into D2, everyone except you I essentially wanted dead for no content and effective lurking (and in PM's case, rampant AtE and general uselessness). For Ven in particular, I did have a townread on him, but it wasn't overly strong (largely because he had been V/LA, which cuts into reading people), but the lack of content was generally eroding that. CMAR challenged me to re-read at least PM and Venrob, which I did over the weekened. This allowed me to realize that some things I was blowing off before were actually scummy (or that some things, now that something comparatively worse is no longer in the picture, are actually scummy), which allowed me to re-evaluate Ven to be a slightly scumread instead.
