I dunno, my gut still tells me Zoid is scum. But while his rage toward me almost felt genuine enough to be town, that post seems to harken back to my initial assessment that Zoidberg is kinda "me too'ing" his way through the game.

It's mostly a few things (now bear in mind I think DGB is pretty obviously scum so)
The at least one of me/dgb scum thing seems a false dichotomy to a neutral observer (i'd think?) and i don't get what from our interactions make that obvious.
I also think his 'just finishing iso'ing' us part is pretty convenient timing.
But then he goes on to have a town read on dgb after the first bit which is also just weird.

It's like hey lets lynch one direction and I can just say they sucked and no one will notice my shitty reason for jumping on the wagon. (I think he's easily the worst vote. While I dislike om and dram's votes I don't find them scummy. Om's following up something from before and I had a townread on Dram independant of this stuff.

A few more thoughts but I won't be around much because I have a date tonight:

* Katsuki is probably town, which flies in the face of my usual theory that he lurks like a motherfucker as town and only posts as scum. Hear me out--- He never freaking buddies me as scum. He even buddied me a bit in the hydra QT, figuring I'd never see it. However, I believe Kats is confident enough in his Fate-read that he thinks Fate is scum.

* At least one or two scum lies among the lurkmass and is eagerly watching the town tear itself apart. Every scumteam has at least one kdowns.

* I don't know if Fate / Nuwen scum would have posted that QT if they felt the evidence in it was incriminating.

* Om is probably town, too. His frequent spammy posting just reeks of the kinda unfettered freedom that comes with not having a scum PM.

I have a handful of other thoughts, but they're staying with me for now.

The QT makes it clear that Fate's description of what was going on was basically accurate. There's no way that that entire mentality came from town. The next step is to identify which hydra is scum.

TownKatsuki actually faked an (inaccurate) guilty on me once as town, so I can imagine Katsuki just being a mean asshat town player with an inflated opinion of his own skill. I don't know if CHESSKID has ever done or contemplated something so stupid as town, but he has the kind of ego where I wouldn't totally put it past him.

TownFaraday would not have let that happen, let alone propose it, and if he meant the proposal as a joke (regardless of alignment), as town he would have stopped it before things got out of hand. The fact that he let it go like that totally changes my read. I think he's the most likely hydra scum.

I'm shocked that ANY Faraday would propose or support it, but you did. Before seeing the QT, I had assumed that someone else mentioned it and you just kinda sidelined. But you're in fact the first person to propose it if I'm reading correctly.

I think the proposal itself is pretty null with respect to your alignment, though I could possibly see townFaraday suggesting it as a joke. The scummy part is that you didn't tamp things down when people (mostly Kawaii and CHESSKID) kept taking it seriously (all in the QT).

Yeah sure, her early posts are pretty much nothing. DGB talking about people posting too much is just stupid and hypocritical. There's a lot of spam, but most people are posting content and I think her view on it is faked given it's such an unnatural position for her to take.

I think her Wyrd townread is faked too. It came before they'd posted any content in the thread, I think she just picked town townread the largest wagon. Iec asked if it was a Wyrd unvote or a DGB vote and it was a bit of both, I felt really uncomfortable with DGB's defense of Wyrd at the time and have been questioning Fate about it in the QT but he doesn't seem to give a fuck. Wyrd look kind of towny in what they're posting recently but I don't see the earlytown read on Fate as being something plausible for DGB to have.

I can't see townies agreeing to do this... I bet there are a lot of scum in the QT. Om is being facetious (I think), but he might not be all that far from the truth. Maybe some townies will be swayed by the will of a majority, but that does sound a lot more than a scum plan than a townie plan.

I'm in the middle here, what DGB is saying does sound kinda dumb, but I can see where she's getting her concern from. I figure it's kinda odd for people to be working together, unbeknownst to the rest of the town. It seems kinda shady but in context it isn't really.

Okay I'm just going to stop here and say hey you were right maybe DGB shouldn't be trusted after all. Since frankly, I can really see where you're coming from now, and DGB wasn't a strong townread for me anyway (the reason why I was fine jumping on your wagon was because I didn't have a townread on you at all).

the manner they claimed it + sought help was pretty town (and given they said they'd a load of films (did they claim how many? idr) we'd have to see some sort of noticable effect on someone or i'd be slightly incredulous. Bad scum claim in this instance I think?)
