I would advise against the second account. It circumvents the purpose of the rule. I'd be a little patient. I finished my 2 newbie games consecutively and I think they helped me adapt to this site from the previous mafia experience I had.

Once you get past this little hurdle you can increase your game load. I would advise over committing yourself early on and not stretch past 3-4 games at a time. (Maybe just 3 depending on the size of games you're in)

It is a requirement that transcends accounts, meaning that making a second account and playing in a second newbie game at the same time would get you in trouble.

You can sign up for a game in another queue if you wish, just not a second one in the newbie queue due to the limits on it. The limit is in place within this queue to make sure that newbies can all get into games instead of a few newbies taking up a large amount of spaces.
