They play LOL, dear. Look around you. This is solo queue. Passive aggressive jerks, ragers who are convinced it's okay to rage because they have "special circumstances," CF Riot, who is stuck as the only sane person on the team as Andrius and TBC go duo midlane because TBC called it and Andrius didn't say anything and locked Karthus while TBM goes "lol bad team" from the jungle?

You guys have now spent like 20 posts discussing my two venting posts. I'm just gonna delete them, you lot can go back to threadshitting.

I have absolutely no idea how you got that from me saying I was fine with complaining, because I know how much it helps to vent.

ANYWAY ON BETTER TOPICS I played support with a random Cait and we have insane synergy. So. Much. Fun. It's like we read each others minds.

We've had two support releases recently (plus Elise who does like everything).

If they're looking to space it out, I think we're about due for another ADC?

This might amaze you but not everyone plays LoL like that. If you're continually finding solo queue to be full of jerks and ragers then simple don't play it. I have played four games of solo queue in the past year for that very reason.

Just relax and go with the flow, something aren't worth anger.

SoloQ is also a good place for comedy. I had a game last night where I supported an Ezreal who went the weirdest blue build possible and fought against a Taric who rushed Mana Manipulator and a Tristana who let me pound her face in with my shielded auto attacks.

Gold V, everyone.

huh I misread that and could actually see mana manipulator being good on a support who was supporting Ezreal.

Then I reread it and was like... -_-

In other news I had an amazingly friendly game where we all discussed things, Cassiopia fed Kha'zix 3 kills to start off and we just asked her to play a little safer and she did, and no one raged at all. We went 3-7, then 7-8 (unbelievably bad engage by Elise when she tried to 1v1 me at blue buff not knowing Cass was in the wings, and both teams collapsed, I was only death), then 11-11, then like 23-15 at the end of the game. I'm just sticking to jungling, good things happen when I'm in the jungle even if I am not a part of them (in other news, Jayce/Kha/Ez team versus Frozen Heart/Randuins/Golem Cho'gath with 300 armor and 4.5k health is like final boss battle level of hilarious)

If mana is that big of an issue that the support has to rush a mana manipulator, then the ADC doesn't know how to mana.

How are Corki's mana costs now a days? I feel like he's the hardest ADC to manage mana with.

He requires a lot of mana management, and mana manip is probably going to help him the least since his mana costs are just horrific anyway.

Rush, maybe not. But like, there's a lot of supports who like mana too...

I feel like when they drop it to 300G (and from 6MP5 to 5MP5) it's going to be fairly legit for some supports.

Also it's a must buy for 1 player on ARAMs.

Most supports already rush a philosopher's stone, so they don't need the aura on top of it.

They do? I haven't seen an overwhelming amount of that in OGN or the LCS, although it certainly shows up. Sightstone seems the universal rush item, along with more pink wards.

The pro scene has a completely different meta than most other ELOs. Just having all that extra vision is completely necessary since there's always some kind of shenanigans going on. It's less important when the level of play isn't on par enough to know when to do those kinds of things, so having those extra wards up earlier isn't as important. Getting the extra GP5 and HP/MP regen is better in those situations.

EDIT: Forgot to mention the HP bonus, but that's a big part of it too.

This game actually has the single worst community I've ever seen in anything other than HoN. I haven't played CoD or battlefield or the games that all youngins play these days, but not even dota2 has a community this bad (which I find hilarious because they're also waaay more laid back).

There's soloqueue and soloqueue, really. There is some difference between elo as well, raging simply loses games, so they end up lower then they should. Ranked gets people "serious" and they only got "this low" because of trolls, so it's clearly someone elses fault if they lose. If you win, generally everything is fine. But my god, you haven't seen the worst of this community till you play on (lower level) blind pick normals. Apparently people can't deal with the fact that there is no pick order and "I was first calling it" is going to give a mess however you look at it. So before the game even starts you already have at least on person who's pissed he had to adc or support or jungle or whatever was the 1 but last pick this time. At which point people are obviously going to compare themselves to the guy who "took their spot" and that's a recipe for disaster. I'm interested to see how Riot are going to fix that stuff, because it's quite obviously not working currently, now that the meta has settled that you have to call things first and then you get it.

As far as I know, if you want to play a nice game of Summoners rift with nice people, play draft pick normals. And don't muck that up now, you bastards.

EDIT: well, we certainly know something is wrong with the community now...
Surrender, imagine and of course wear something nice.
