The two supports I play most seem simple in comparison.

Taric: Stun when appropriate, utl+shatter when going all in, heal when you can.
Alistar: Stunlock or peel depending on situation, heal when you can.

I don't have Lulu, but I played her last week or whenever she was free and yeah, she's got lots of stuff to do like Sona. It may just be me getting excited on a new champ, or maybe I don't get the intricacies of Taric and Ali. Idk, I just felt like I was playing more as Sona, as opposed to walking around near my team and waiting to combo with Taric/Ali.

Valkrin tells how to item trap your opposition to build MR, indirectly buffing your ADC damage. Something interesting to think about, although without a damage dealing jungler you don't seemto be coming out that far ahead. Also double AP vs Mr itemization seems like it would be hell to contest an early dragon.

New Blublu in the Jungle is super sick.

You don't need to eat the blue or red buff for the bonus. Any Golem or any Lizard will do. So Double golems, or the tiny lizards at the blue or red camps will give you the bonuses too.

Also, I don't agree with the Itemization trapping, mostly because double AP comps encourage someone to rush a Bulwark usually. Whether it's the support or jungle, a Bulwark would be enough to cover mid game MR issues, leaving the mid lane/top lane to maybe itemize a little for MR (maybe the top laner goes Merc Treds and the mid goes Chalice).

It's especially effective against AoE AP Comps, like Rumble/Karthus (his example not mine). Between them, they have 5 AoE Damage abilities (2 ults) and 1 singe target damage ability.

Which means there's less armor in the picture total. Just because the guy isn't Tread/Hex/Spirit visage doesn't mean that Treads/Hex/a MR Item+an aura that may or may not be there isn't better for your AD carry then Tabi/Sunfire. You're missing the forest for the trees.
