If Hydra heads are public, and if WotC decides they want Hydras then yes, you can /in as a Hydra. Personally in a Great(er)(est) Idea game I wouldn't want them, but that's my opinion as a player which shouldn't have any real bearing on what the players here want. I've already got a couple of people saying "nay" in sitechat Lobby but they're not playing yet so ignore them...
