i have never purchased rp and have around 5 skins currently. of course they are all not that good skins, such as the free tristana and alistar skins, buccaneer trist, emerald taric, the only kind of cool one i have is judgement kayle.

i have bought RP and never been remotely tempted to buy skins. i suppose if i had every character unlocked maybe i would.

On the other hand, he's a better designed champ now, easily. He's got a lot more interactive for both the player and the opponent, his ult is a free way to be useful in the types of fights that old dinger simply lost ("why do we have to chase them into the jungle again

"), because even if they don't come into your turrets (which are the fights he loves, sieging somewhere and having the opponents come into the high damage his turrets deal, while they have to focus the adc most likely), with ult w he's a kill thread, with ult-e a supportish cc mid. From what I see, ult q is a losers option. You got the fight you wanted but were caught out without any kits. His grenade is actually usable now, not the old "OP but I can't actually hit the thing". I think, but I don't know for sure, that it might be an idea to level it in the matchups where you can get away with the lesser range. In terms of stronger or weaker, idk. But certainly more fun for everyone, and easier to use.

I prefer to buy skins with my RP because IP is for Champs and Runes and when I had champs to buy, I played A LOT. Like. A LOT A LOT.

Though if I were to give someone advice who was just starting, I'd tell them to buy at least one of the bundles with RP right at the very beginning.

I bought the bundles with the original 40, since spending like 30 bucks on that amount of content seems pretty reasonable.

Then I bought everything with IP, except for a handful of 6300s that I bought on sale with a bit more RP.

I don't even play that much anymore (at least compared to what I used to), and I epically outpace the release schedule in terms of IP gains.

I bought probably 5 champs with RP. but yeah buying at least one bundle is solid for people starting out.

Once you have all the champs, it's easy to keep up. Keeping up while buying champs is incredibly difficult

This is sooooooo true.

I started playing LoL during my freshman winter, and during that following summer I was playing probably 3-5 hours/day average during the week, and something closer to 8-10 hrs/day during the weekend.

And I still used a bit of RP, and I was still like 15-20 champs away from caught up by the end of it all. I wasn't fully caught up until fairly recently.

I don't know why they took the as off her ult. I like the idea of her new ricochet, but it seems like it was a straight up ult nerf.

New sivir opinion breakdown:

Q-same as before really good. dodgeable high damage nuke great for waveclear harass. does it all!
W-actually very fluid.I fucking hate the seemingly random AS tacked onto this(from ult passive), it's flat out retarded to have an 80%AS boost for THREE FUCKING ATTACKS. R-yay cast time isn't there. oh yeah... this ult fucking sucks. Like... it's fucking trash in every sense. Early game cooldown is fucking long, it's just bad. Might as well use that shit to run back to lane fucking zzzz.

So essentially whenever I decide to play sivir again I'm just gonna take tp/flash and push all game. I honestly don't think she can carry right now, but damn can she farm creeps(she always really hasnt had issues with that though ever.) After a few games with her I don't get what riots thought process was here. Might as well play fiddlesticks adc(fear OP).

Could've been worse; Infernal is probably Ali's best skin, and Badger is cheap/meh, but it also has been Legacy since before I started playing League.

It could be bugged? Idk. They did a ton of store maintenance last night, and had mystery gifting disabled for a while, but it's been back up p much all day today. Like I said, Jahudo and I were successfully able to trade. You could try relogging if you've been logged in since yesterday.
