To be honest, I'm quite de-synced from this game after last weekend. (At least I learned why the de-sync happens to me time to time.)In post 849, morph the cat wrote:GiF get in here and talk.
It's gonna take some time for me to recover, so wait til then.
I promise that I'll get back on the pace before this weekend.- Ghostly Penguin

It's refreshing to see obv-scum not bother to fake it, tho', it kind of reminds me where I can always go for scum, like a going to the convenience store to get a slurpee.- Ghostly Penguin

If you missed the tenor of the last two posts: I think MafiaSSK's coming close to cheeky scumfuck to the the point I think he thinks we won't lynch him because he's practically a lurker, and I have almost gut level concerns seriously about Pie. And the early claim didn't actually win her points in this corner, since I've seen scum do it to make sure they don't get voted. (A good example: Miss Mangral in A Wheel of Time.)- waynegg

If you compare it to her posts in Xenoblade you'll see the same kind of snark and put down toward people scum reading her. So much so she could have copy/pasted from that game and had essentially the same post.In post 844, pieguyn wrote:@wayne:can you elaborate on exactly what's wrong with that post

Heh, I probably snark more and with less provocation as town, but the nature of the snark is different. Nacho pointed out the difference to me during a recent game. To the extent I can avoid it, I won't be snarking xenoblade-style again anytime soon. And that is not what I'm doing in this game. Not snarking the same way unfortunately isn't alignment indicative any more, and Nacho at least knows that.In post 855, waynegg wrote:In post 844, pieguyn wrote:@wayne:can you elaborate on exactly what's wrong with that post

I don't know that and there are at least two posts in Blade that are exactly matched with this one. Or are you saying tat you as scum would just say "Welp, ya got me. You all go on and lynch me now." because that would definitely be different from Xenkblade...In post 857, morph the cat wrote:

I think if you go back and look you'll find that much of *my* snark in that game had considerably more edge to it. The post you pointed up hardly qualifies as snark at all. Might be useful to look at how I reacted to being misread in the Walking Dead game. Check specifically for my reactions to Mollie in both games, because when I'm town and she misreads me I usually don't take it very well. Same as scum, but the reactions are different. In post 859, waynegg wrote:

This was well below my level of self awareness prior to Nacho pointing some stuff out to me during the Walking Dead game.- waynegg

And if you're self aware of your meta enough to hold some of your natural snark, why should any of us put any weight on your self meta that that isn't enough snark to qualify for scumffery?
See the logical inconsistency there?Wayne's reading...odd, but I think he's trying, he's just decided the quickest way to the market down the street was to create a causality portal and tesseract between the two spaces rather than walking. down. the street. ~ Ghostlin

are you always like this?
You sound so much like the narrator on the stanley parable.
All you do is pretty much commentate on everything people do for 1 time, and then you don't pursue anything after commentating.
Do you think that what their doing is for scum?
or for town?
Why can't you ever, EVER, pursue and/or explain what's wrong with the stuff you quote?
Plus, the only vote you did was a varsoon vote. ON THE WHOLE GAME
TO TOP IT ALL OFF

P1 ffery snarked when FoSed/Voted in Xenoblade and was scum
P2 ffery snarked when FoSed/Voted in Touhou
C1 ffery must be scum in Touhou because snark
ffery:
P1a ffery snarked when FoSed/Voted in Xenoblade and was scum
P2b ffery snarked when FoSed/Voted in Walking Dead and was town
Oh hey! P2c ffery snarked to the Nth degree in Death's Diner, put herself in time out for 24 hours and cooled the fuck down, and was town
P3 ffery has been made aware of her tendencies to snark and is now actively working to keep it alignment-unindicative
C1b the presence of snark is probably not alignment indicative
No, not quite. Maybe I should squint harder.See the logical inconsistency there?- waynegg
