Also not jdodge, but as a jungler, you shouldn't do anything that both lowers your clear time AND weakens your objective control. Not taking smite does both of those things. It would be better to run multiple smites then no smites.

Played my first showdown, it ended in 55 seconds total in game time. 1-0 BAY BEE!

I was Lee against Gold 1 Yasuo. He started dorans 1 pot and clairvoyence trinket. I started Red elixer 3 pots. we ran right into the bush fought each other, used both our summoner's and our 1 move like 3 times, I walked out with the victory. 2 men enter 1 men leave

Edit: @Svenskt, read this thread like.. a year ago. Honestly, everyone is popcorn'd out at this point and most of the people either don't post here anymore or don't really play all that seriously. I'd still be up for some in-house 5s/showdown action.

Yeah I was Mordekaiser against a really good Yasuo, I was losing when he dived me and underestimated my shield. Took one too many tower shots, the poor thing. I started cloth 5 but yeah.

That is the completely wrong way to play this match type.

There is a reason there is 3 ways to win.

Varus Vs Poppy was the game i just played.

Her turret was down to a quarter health, creep score was 49 v 22 and i pressured her into a tower dive where she ran out of diplomatic immunity and lost.

The match type isn't about going out and dying quick, it's about mind games.

I knew i had the range on her, but i also knew she could jump me, and that i needed to stay enough away from the wall to avoid the stun.

Each time she burnt it, i started clearing the minions quickly and making a push.

She was 27 creeps down and had a tower almost gone and that is why she felt pressured into rushing into me, i saw it coming and fell straight back to my tower, she tower dived with her immunity, because she was pressured to, and not thinking entirely clearly.
