Eh, who can be considered a "hero"/"villian" varies from game to game. Reimu/Marisa are the only constants really.

Reimu Hakurei is the Main Character of the Touhou Project series, having appeared in all of the main games and in almost every game in the series. As the sole maiden of the Hakurei Shrine, she is commonly called upon (or calls it upon herself) to investigate strange occurrences throughout Gensokyo.

Alright, I am going to throw my hands in the air with the flavor because I have no idea what any of it even is. I don't know who are good or bad and the Touhou wiki isn't exactly clear. I may need to dive into this a little bit more before I figure anything out.
