Yukari told me that if I had asked whether a specific item can be stolen, she would have answered my question. MC says that yukari had told him that players will not know by default whether they have an item that can be stolen. I don't see a contradiction.

The only thing that has struck me as slightly odd about the item discussion is that the description of my ability is very mechanical. Other than the name of the ability, there is no flavor, just a direct description of what I can do. This is slightly at odds with bubba's claim, which seems to specifically mention a flavor object (the control rod), but there could be theft-related reasons for that.
