Mini 1567 - Such Unusual Pretermen... ...Evil Too!

Night 1 - vezok died because I was scared he was an actual investigative role since he was so against the N0 gunsmith.
Night 2 - geists died because I knew people would transform me or geists and by killing geists I took care of all the transformations. Didn't know everyone would transform me.
Night 3 - LML died because he was very townie and someone I could claim to pass the transformer to and get away with it.
Night 4 - Lowercase died because we knew he was the gunsmith again and that would be troublesome for me.

Thank you fish.
Honestly, I think towns biggest mistake was the mass claim. Town-Juls would have also been against the mass claim and that's why I was against it. By mass claiming we knew everything that needed to be done.
Also, I was a little perturbed with Empking during the game. Failing to replace someone and not extending deadline is really crappy. Also, I thought mod-confirming Nobody Special by first answering the question of kill flavor relevance and then by timing of post was really bad. I actually reported him to the list mod because of it...but I ended up cooling down and sending the list mod a note and telling them I wasn't trying to get Emp in trouble, I was just upset and thought he needed to be "talked" to.

Well from the perspective of scum who sees a townie beating the drum of mod-confirmation it's pretty deflating. Especially when that is one of the only few people you can swing a mislynch of. Honestly, I don't think the question should have been answered at all, in private or thread. I was already a little annoyed at Empking because he didn't actually put the flavor in the flip, he only put it in the opening post. We were intentionally using the different kill styles to cause confusion. If NS hadn't looked in the OP, it wouldn't even have been noticed.

Yup, sorry about that again, it was better this way. Thank you SKrewIn post 1178, Juls wrote:@SKrew thank you for replacing in. I feel bad that MTD doesn't get the win but he really wasn't playing.
And good job!
still the same old MTD
Eh, I wasn't really bothered by the handling of the question. I mean, to me it was obviously yes, because if it were no then it would be like saying there isn't a gunsmith.
But even so, I figure if two scum in a team have different kill flavors, it must be role-related. If two scum on different teams have different flavors, it's still game-relevant even the flavor doesn't interact with any other mechanics. So I think the answer has to be yes regardless.

To me it was pretty relevant, I just don't see scum-NS asking an "If I were town, would you answer..." question. In post 1184, Lowercase wrote:I still don't understand how the VC conf-towned him. It just confirmed that he asked a town-looking question, which he could have easily done as scum.

I maintain the opinion that a scumteam with differing kill flavors is borderline bastard.

gg Juls. We never had more than the slightest flickers of suspicion about you.

I actually really liked that as a mechanic. Imo, godfathers are pretty much bastard, but this version, where the GF is identified by an obviously-GF kill flavor, is much much better. In post 1192, Nobody Special wrote:I maintain the opinion that a scumteam with differing kill flavors is borderline bastard.

Most games, it's only people who have meta'd me within an inch of my life who think that. There weren't many aforementioned players in this game. Pity the scum team thought so!In post 1194, Juls wrote:You were too townie

gunsmiths have similar nerf-factors.In post 1197, Lowercase wrote:Well, cops are good when there aren't godfathers or framers/tailors.
