Time is running and apart from NPIAU I can't see real wagons. Yes, it's obvious that he's trying to build a counter-wagon right now but this is not an alignment tell, I suppose.
What if the game is stalled because none of the scums were generally suspected Today – and they don't need to do anything but waiting for a next mislynch?

I'm voting notscience for reasons that make me 80% sure that he's scum. I don't really need to catchup beyond that point: I can respond to your case on my predecessors but my effort this game day is going to go towards lynching scum and not reassuring people that I am town.

@Nacho: Because I don't think NPIAU is a good lynch now, I'd sheep you... if I didn't have a scumread on your slot. Can you link a game you were replaced in? (FYI: that slot was scumread by me on early-Day2 but I dropped the case. Might it been a mistake? If needed, I can link my main post about the case.)

My lynch doesn't seem to be viable at this point in time, considering new replacement who is actually starting to do things immediately upon replacing in and no one really found this slot scummy in the first place with the exception of you. Seeing this, why do you prefer to lynch nopoint (who you don't think is scum) over notscience (who you do think is scum)? Me voting the notscience slot 1) doesn't make the slot town even if I'm scum, and 2) shouldn't even be giving you a townread on the slot unless you're 100% positive that I am scum unless you only scumhunt with one team possibility at a time in which case

457 from Oso is pretty much "I don't want to be involved" stuff.

This seems to be a true point because Oso replaced out.
I don't think it's scummy to replace out of a game.

Uh-oh! Look at 505! "I had made it clear that I would hammer Niel. But I also wanted both Shadowez and Agar post their thoughts before it happened." – Why wasn't he able to decide whether a slot was scum alone? Yet another "I don't want to be involved" thing. The Phok-case is pretty weak.

In his post, he says that he wanted Shadowez and AGar to post their thoughts in order to see their reaction to the claim, which gives him information on both of their alignment's and on Neil's. He already expressed an opinion of what neil's alignment was (scum). Why is waiting for more information to make a decision (especially especially hard information like claim reaction) scummy?

Oso's case on Phok was that Phok voted neil a lot but never explained any of it. This suggests he couldn't explain any of it because he didn't have any reasons except for inside information. I don't necessarily agree with this case, but I don't see a horrifically bad logical flaw like you seem to be seeing. If your point is actually just that his case isn't very compelling, well, I don't think weak cases automatically equal scum and I don't think you should either.

I posted about BPC's readlist and nearby-posts a lot (I mean those 560-570-ish posts) before.

If you link to your criticisms of those posts, I will respond to them. Otherwise, nope.

I still think that 613/614 are weak answers.

To call someone scum for buddying is to call someone scum for being friendly with another human being. This is not a good point and should never be a part of a case on anyone ever.
I don't see how the autoscum WIFOM joke from BPC was scummy: could you expound on that a little more?
I don't see why calling someone an asshole is alignment indicative.

So maybe his responses weren't particularly compelling but I also don't think your case was particularly strong.
