The arguments lasted all throughout the day, though only a consistent few were held high in suspicion. As night fell, many of the citizens advanced on Egg. Then, despite the brewings of resentment and rebellion, they strung Egg up and made him fall on his head later.

...This would be the location for a witty reference to Humpty-Dumpty, but unfortunately you won't get that. You also don't get to find one of the interlopers, either.

The day dawned blood-red, a sight that sent those who were superstitious into an unnatural shiver. Nonetheless, the town still had things to do and could not wait for an ominous morning.

The first body was found in an alley by the local bar. Two bullet wounds were clearly visible on his surprisingly lupine body, and authorities were quick to identify her thanks to her wallet near some tattered clothes. Though it was still unproven, all suspected the invading mafia were the cause.

It wasn't until noon that the second body was found. In fact, it may not have been found at all had a park walker not accidentally tripped and, after recovering on the ground, seen the bony remains. He quickly alerted authorities to have the area surrounded in minutes. The body was severely cut along the torso and face, rendering recognition nearly impossible, but thankfully whatever beast took it did not know or did not care about the person's physical possessions as a manner of identification was left behind. More surprising was the shreds trenchcoat still stuck to some portions of the body, as well as the bashed-in lump of a gun. Onlookers could not doubt that some sort of luck had transpired during the night.

Even so, there were still intruders to root out, and none of them could wait for long.

I received an investigation last night confirming Guile as "not Werewolf".

I see two possibilities: one, scum is bad at this; two, Guille is pulling a dumb gambit.

^Two scum in these six. I'm not sure where I'd focus right now. I've caught individual winds on all of these being possible, 'cept Astinus and maybe Riabi (need to double-check some interactions).

Also, should be noted, Pine's night analysis very likely had him interacting with GreyICE (who he knows and fears) and me (who he...well, knew and probably still laughs at). Might be able to get some insight into his mind on what happened. (Like, he's the type who'd want to keep me alive most likely to manipulate me, likely via buddying of some sort.) My mind's a bit scattered right now. (Heck, I didn't even know this game was in night 'til last night, nine hours from deadline, when I checked.)
