Because I know that it can look like blindly sheeping Wisdom (two times in a row, previously on Not_Mafia) because my thoughts about Micc are around the same of what Wisdom is voicing.

to add onto this, I think another way to say this would be that
I know *what* points in past games have led me to be lynched in recent past games, and I *know* that being seen as a sheep with questionable voting patterns is a good way as town to get many people to scumread me. That is not an impression I want.

A lot of the "too worried about how you look" kind of stuff resonates because I think townies have to play with care and make their actions look protown for (1) survival, first had foremost. Survival is the most important as either alignment, but for town as well as it means someone else who is not confscum or conftown gets lynched, not himself. On the side is making believable pushes, but survival is key when I'm often lynched in past games and know that switching votes fast without much behind my pushes does NOT look good and is easy for scum to attack (and easy for town to scumread) - all the ingredients for a nice big wagon.

One more thing to say! Was just thinking about this. Regardless of his alignment, several have discredited Wisdom's wagons/reasons because of being Wisdom, and that's somewhat understandable (I think a lot of it looks dubious though, outside Flames being Flames), but where's the *better* wagon that you have yet to show anyone?

Bert, if you are town you should vote for who you think is scum regardless of how it might be percieved. As for my vote, I don't have a confident scum read on anyone. There's a lot of useless garbage in the thread. Most of it is either fluff or pointless bickering. I can't pick out any player and say "yes this is who we need to lynch". It sucks because I don't usually have that problem, but in this thread, it's an issue for me. My best guess for a scum team is Keyblade, Wisdom, Flames but I can't make a strong case against any of them.

so since people are saying i am too worried about my appearance (i worry about that as BOTH alignments so it doesn't mean anything, and so i dont think it's valid at all)

I used to play a lot of past games, but since this past summer, not so much, so this represents nearly all of my past games since then. 75% at least, because in 2014 (in past games), i was only in 3-4 games at a time maximum for the most part.

But, I'm pretty sure I've been lynched or nearly lynched in at least half of them early on.

Once Upon A Winter Night ended yesterday apparently, and yeah I was killed as a result of my lover being killed, but most in the neighborhoods/servants threads had me as scum and one of the next to go. So yeah.

so yeah, looking at my egosearch

the ball 258 (summer 2014) i was going to be left out (promenade) until i was spared for a scrutinized reason, same with the 434 ball

1619 i was going to be a lynch, but was questionably NKed (fall 2014)

ikaruga got lynched. (summer 2014)

I can't find a game where I wasn't at risk of being lynched early, if not lynched, in past 2014 games as ME.

So THAT is why I worry.

December I was only in one game (past game ended already - 1628 where I was scum). So yeah.

Your list is two people who are lynchbaiting (you don't have any case on Keyblade that's better than a case on any of the inactives/lurking, and you think Flames is scum because ????), and one player you happen to dislike playing with (but why is Wis scum, in that case?). You could have singled out different players for the same thing, so I don't understand.

Also, pulling up links for my egosearch only took like 15 minutes tops. And very little thinking. The lsat few posts had a lot of irony in them. But I'm going to say that, the only silver lining I Can think of in defending myself excessively, it changes people's views on things and makes them question themselves even for just a second in a lurky game.

I'll enlighten you. I think you mean that I'm talking about things non-mafia related, so my "focus" is in the wrong place. But that's pretty funny cus that could be said about a good chunk of people in this game. So the interesting thing is that you specifically picked out me, so I would like to know why. Basically, if you think I'm scum then why exactly? Or are you just throwing out words at random?

I fully intend to do all of that. Unfortunately, I'm about halfway through a stretch of working nine days. But that's followed by and eigtht day stretch where I only work one day so that's probably when I'll do it.

I meant mafia games in general. Usually, I have a couple of strong reads each way by now and at least some impression on all but maybe two slots. So far, I don't have that. Isos should help.

This was in response to Wisdom saying I've hardly played with him so I can't be too annoyed by him.

Looking at your last post, is all you came up with that Lastman and micc are scum reads?

Working on it. I had no recollection of half the players. Like, BBT hasn't posted in 5 days. No votecounts in the past week to look at.

Lastman is on par with all the other lurkers. I think it SEEMS likely by the numbers that there is scum in the inactives, unless somehow the scum are in the small group of try-hards (compared to the others).

I don't feel good about Micc, or Not_Mafia. Or Seohyun or Espeonage. Probably Micc/Not Mafia most scummy? That's more of a feeling.

I asked Tiershift who he likes as scum, and he made some comment while dodging the question. Something's up with him, and he feels the same about me, soooooo. I could use someone's input right now (not named Wisdom - since he's tricky if scum and I'm not sure about him). I still don't like how people have dismissed Wisdom, BUT at the same time I feel like that shouldn't be deterring from taking more of his leadership stance. Unless the dismissiveness hsa put him off. However, he wasn't too active in 1628 my last past game, so who knows. I do like his pushes though.

The only experience I have with flames is him being pulled into a huge tunnelling battle that lasted precisely the entire game, so its like im expecting walls of text and I'm not getting any. Feels strangely empty lol
