why would he claim that in twilight as an actual scum immune-to-something role

i mean the claim is kinda confirmable. maybe. versus brantz's claim it does look maybe a bit scummier, since brantz's 3-shot claim seems to be more OP.

fuck. too many good claims this game, too many look town and i feel like it's throwing the actual scumhunting for a loop...

I can understand town motives being not having our investigators or vigilantes waste abilities on them, but it sounds really overpowered, doesn't it?

Lucian, you should just hold your shot until either:

A) The next scum is painstakingly obvious (maybe investigate?).
-or-
B) You're killed/lynched, flip, reveal town, and then you have a little bit of time to decide on who is scum based on your death.

Vengilante... Man that's a neat-o role.

I know, it's a sick role. I'd almost want to steal it if I ever make a set-up.
It was probably a hassle to balance.
Which is why I'm led to the possible conclusion that there are certain scum-roles that will be able to roleblock me after my death, or during the day.
I also hope there aren't any Yakuza/conversion roles that would be able to convert me to the scum-team, and abuse my shot.

I need my shot to succeed or else people will flat-out lynch me.

Also, that's a really funny role. There has to be at least some plausibility in this game. Not out-guessing the mods, but there are some roles that make sense, and some that don't.

A permanent every night commuter who cannot ever be successfully targeted by any night actions and will gain additional abilities as the game progresses?

No, I don't buy the claim at face value. It doesn't necessarily mean scum, but of all the claims so far, it's the best possible scum fake claim I've seen, BBmolla's coming in a close 2nd since (as predicted) we're going to wait to use it and that was probably easily predictable to anyone paying attention. It would be a gambit on BB's part to fakeclaim that, but all it takes is a couple nights to happen in a role madness game like this and then a little "confusion" in triggering it and all of a sudden it's too late.

I think this has more to do with my skepticism of accepting claims at face value than anything else though.

Agreeing with you on the convenience. For those who may have played with the components of this hydra before...are either of them the sort to make a claim that wastes their power as town?
