perhaps in an attempt to make their play seem too risky to be scummy. Not sure thats what it is but just a thought. I have limited game experience but from what i've seen scum seem to be more conservative in their approach. That being said I definitely am not finding MS town-like so i'm not really relying on my 'conservative' read anymore. But yeah, just a thought if it helps.

Do me a favor and show some town initiative (487 is a good start but that's such an easy question) or show me you're trying to figure out the game.
