If Diego is in fact scum quad voter, whatever restriction is on him should eventually make it obvious that he's scum and prevent him from chain quickhammering, giving us a free lynch.

If he's town, he's going to eat a NK no matter what.

If he's scum and there's multiple factions, he's going to eat a NK no matter what.

I don't see him as a priority right now.
