Newbies with one completed game are able to play in more than one newbie game, but once they have 2 completed newbie games, they must play in a game in one of the other queues before they can

in another Newbie game. At that point, they are no longer considered Newbies. I underline "start", because they can replace into Newbie games without knocking out the non-newbie game requirement.
