Alright Dwlee, we probably have 3 alive mafia which means that lylo is at 7 so I don't give a shit about anyone with whatever TPP is claiming until at least 11. There isn't any pressure to lynch him today and you going through so many fucking hoops to do this is stupid. Take a breath, reread the game and come back with a perspective that isn't just lynch TPP.

Finally got around to reading Skybird's ISO. Turns out there isn't much of interest in there.

Saw what might be a defense of Tictac when she goes after Podo. She says she has no opinion on Tictac in 2369 and 2406, but is critical of Podo's stance on him in 2468 and 2491. Then in 2599 she abruptly switches Tictac to scum.
I'm undecided on whether it a bus, or if she was trying to draw heat off herself. The read itself is weird since it's one of the few reads she engaged with in multiple posts in a short period of time, but I can't tell why she did it.

She discusses Seniors a lot through the whole game, and Piper a lot on day two. She only defended herself against Piper and Cakez when she was in danger of being lynched.

If I was anyone other than me I'd probably be hella suspicious about her position on me. She agonized over not being able to read me in two different posts, both of which feel pretty fake in retrospect.

I find it doubtful that on this occasion I'll be more likely to talk you down than seniors,but normally I'd say yes to this question. If this is town tunneling one another, it means today, like every other day, is going to be all about the FS slot. We've generated a ridiculous amount of noise about them, which makes it especially difficult to figure out other slots (without seeing their flip), while simultaneously making it effortless for those who want to coast to simply do so.

I don't really see Piper getting away with a "soft-claiming to form a big wagon and push through a mislynch based on momentum and then retracting the soft-claim but still pushing the wagon through somehow because it's already big based on the soft-claim they retracted" (or whatever it is, as Dwlee and Seniors seem to be bafflingly explaining). One of the heads posted that we were going to hear about the "Old School" thing in a few days (although I don't think that eventuated) -- but do you really think that kind of push is going to go through and become a mislynch on a wing and a prayer and there aren't consequences for them tomorrow (or even today), just a glib explanation? I don't think they had reason to take that risk after Skybird flipped scum. Nor do I think it would *work*.

Which is why I'm finding it really strange that this focus on soft-claiming or claiming unspecified, being scummy, is credible to anyone.

Now I realise this is mainly your end of the conversation but these posts are sequential in your ISO and in the first post you're claiming that you're absolutely uncertain about Seniors, then two posts later you're saying they're Super Fucking Town.

That doesn't make sense at all. You don't pick one single point in time or one single exchange to go from uncertain to Super-town and then spend the rest of the game coasting on that read.

And I don't believe that non-survivalism is alignment indicative to your mind when you told Skybird this:

Survivalist is NAI, Skybird, unless the person you're pushing as an alternative is someone who you had previously considered town.

So you somehow think that Seniors is town because they decided *not* to take the survivalist route, and instead tried to drum up a bull wagon on you which had no chance of eventuating?

I think it's a perfectly possible tactic from scum. Especially if there's a good chance they'll be lynched and the attack is on their buddy. Quite the wifommy legacy to leave.

Scummiest: Dramonic, SirCakez, TicTac (now replacement), Dwlee99

Undecided represents FS actually moving up from where I had him early on, itlepip is down from where I had Beeboy. Pied Piper is the one I feel most in need of re-reading, but I haven't found the time or energy to just do it yet. In scummiest, I've said everything I have to say about Draminoc. Pretty sure I've made my position on Cakez clear too. TicTac is also in need of a re-read, but I know there were several things I didn't like. Dwlee is just bugging me.

Thanks and I read the top half of your post as well. You're a fucking enigma to me right now. A scummy one, but I'm really not connecting with your processes so some of that might be my own predispoition to your play. I suppose... Do your thing? It'll make it easier for me to know where the hell you're coming from if you happen to be town.

Also I have role-based reasons to *tend* to think Piper's town. It's not strong, but it's another consideration for me. And if you haven't picked up on what my role is yet, then you're just going to have to wait till I die or until it becomes super-relevant.

First Question to you: Given your claim, what "role-based" reasons are making you think PP is Town? You didn't ever target him, and I don't believe he's claimed anything.

Second question: Did you by any chance inquire of the Mod. for any clarification on what would cause "no result". i.e. is this what the mod. would tell you if you were role-blocked (instead of just saying, for example, "you have been role-blocked.")

I didn't enquire as to that specifically because I think it'd be pretty rare that a blocking action of any kind gives the blockee that level of information.
I was thinking of asking whether a Ninja-kill would return a no-result but it's moot since it doesn't apply to pistachion anyway.

Things get a bit muddy if it's applied to my investigate on you and you happened to attempt ninja-kill and that also failed somehow. But I doubt that's what happened.

I don't even have a problem with Mirhawk resurrecting that little gem. It's something that I've remembered uncomfortably several times with the amount of other claims soft or otherwise that have come out of the woodwork. And it wasn't a crumb anyway, it was a "soft" (to use Dwlee's own terminology).

I've had an Axel scumread since Day 1, its been a pocket read that I haven't pushed much.
I don't have a problem with any of the crumbs/softs myself, not sure why you and others do.

I played in Hip-Hop Mafia where the flavour was relevant and somewhat decipherable, in FE:A where it was super-relevant but indecipherable, in Gundam Seed where it was somewhat relevant and somewhat decipherable, in Clowntardis where it was delightful but super-irrelevant and amusingly decipherable, and now this game and probably others I'm forgetting.

I don't think this role is irrelevant in this game.
