This is correct. I have added you back to the top of the queue however if you still wish to play in a game and are able to confirm by the mod's timeline.

I'm in need of a replacement for Biscuitoid, who failed to pick up a prod in Newbie 1703: Celestial Mafia. This is a newbie slot, so anyone not currently in their first game can replace in. Preference will be given to newer players. The game is currently in Day 2, 30 pages long.

It means scum/mafia can only talk at night. Earlier this year daytalk for mafia was being tested but it proved to be too powerful, so now it's back to just night talk.
