Wouldn't we want to flip somebody whose color is unlikely to have been tampered with? I feel like there are other people whose color flips would be more trustworthy, at least.

Bella sure. Zulfy has been tunneled like crazy and was Ranger's biggest scumread. I wouldn't trust either color flip from him at all.

What makes you think pie's a likely paint target? She's been pretty widely townread.

Yeah, if scum have the ability to grant a color-flip, I don't see anyone else they'd use it on. This, regardless of whether he's town or scum. If he's scum he'd be painted blue; if he's town he'd be painted red.

Mostly this. I think scum might be afraid of her becoming conftown. (And there were a few people pushing on her yesterday, and they might have thought they could get people to reevaluate her after lala's flip.)

Re: Zulfy, the logic is that if he is town, scum are not going to want to paint someone who's likely to eat a lynch regardless, but there is an annoying amount of WIFOM there to be sure.

I do want to hear who other people think should be color flipped though.

because paranoia/i suspect their color hasn't been tampered with.

in particular i kind of doubt scum would bother to paint her red when there are targets who in theory would be much more likely to be color flipped.

Why not at all? I feel like a blue flip would still give us a decent amount of information.

the last game scum were allowed to paint themselves blue once; I believe a similar mechanic exists here and if it does then scum have had two nights to figure out how to use it. if I was scum and had an ability like that, I'd want to use it sooner than later.

I pretty much agree with bella that at this point it's mostly WIFOM.

I spose we ought to try to flip someone we feel has a good likelihood of being town. We won't blindly agree with the flip result, but as pieguyn pointed out, last game scum only had one opportunity to paint someone blue. Blue flips are still gonna be mostly reliable.

last game was, scum had infinite shot of a bunch of colors (which included red, and other colors like green, orange, purple, black, etc.) and 1 shot of blue. blue flips will likely be entirely reliable if we happen to find scum who flips blue.

I guess with that in mind, it would make more sense to go for blue flips over red flips?

I think TBG is my preferred lynch today. I'm going to commence a meta dive of whether he's claimed miller in any previous scum games of his, since that's the major reason I think he could be town; I agree with his lala jump being awful and to be honest, when I look through his posts again, there are a lot of things that bug me about it that I want to recheck.

I think that there's a solid chance that Pie is scum actually. I don't like the way that she pushed the DUcks mislynch yesterday at all. It felt really directed and top down.
