Majority of scum are likely in the claimed no wonder bit. Some probably have wonders. I'd venture a thought most players have wonders right now.

Davesaz and Creature could do a no kill gambit and then only gave us townfirm Maxous but I find that so highly improbable without BaeReed scum which requires Ali scum which requires Nero scum and no way Ali busses the encryptor. (all others have wonders)
