I’m not wedded to any read yet, esp srs but reads on my slot provide the best info this early in the game. I actually have a tl I feel pretty good about so far but I’ll keep that to myself for now.
It’s of course possible you could be town and scum is looking for town to cannibalize each other. I’m not tunnelled on you but I don’t see you really trying to sort me or anyone else yet. If I see either one from you (preferably both, I’d definitely reconsider.

I think it’s possible if HEM is scum, you could be a buddy. I didn’t pick up any weird vibes with you and STD but I feel some sort of possible connection with you and HEM.
