It's very clear he wanted you to hammer (see the bolded above). He denied wanting to kill yourself, but he hasn't denied wanting you to hammer. So which is it... do you hammer or not hammer?

Nothing makes sense in that post chain + RC hasn't come back to clarify. Until such time, it's not very useful to use it as evidence to clear yourself.

Ah, I see. I misread your earlier post as claiming that your price for hammering was death. You were actually saying that the hammering price will kick in next time you use the ability.

I guess having you hammer today verifies that you don't die today, but how is that useful to us? You presumably won't hammer again after that, so we'll have no way of knowing if you're actually gated.

More importantly, I don't see how you hammering today can establish a timeline that is a comparable stand-in for a daycop inno.

This is begging the question.

You're basing such a confirmation (ie. Your conclusion) on the assumption that we believe what you're saying about the gated elements of your role (ie. Your faulty premise).

As of right now, I do not fully believe that you actually have the gated elements of your role. I therefore do not believe that you hammering will prove anything beyond your ability to hammer someone.

Then why completely change the list of cult suspects? That very much isn't a natural progression, or made to look like a natural progression.

I claimed it would be my next price back on day 3. And I claimed it because I had the 'choice' of becoming Hated or not. The choice remaining a choice being entirely dependent on not breaking a post restriction, but still.

Besides, as town either the rest of town has issues town-reading me, or scum decides I need to die for some reason, so I wasn't really expecting to survive until endgame. Actually, I'm pretty sure I've only survived to endgame as town twice, once in my first game, and once as a mason/n-shot mason chat encryptor in Project ARCH.
