Also their personal abilities (i.e. cop) take place during the day and are used during the day.

Wouldn't read too much into this. You could have two roles that are pretty close to being vanilla anyway. So, you might just choose vanilla. Or a role you know you'll never use...so what's the point?

Looking back, I don't like the timing of the two votes on me when I was giving out info about the role I designed, not because I believe they both could be specters, but because they seemed like they didn't like me giving info out.

What's the rush?

The longer we wait to kick off votes and start the game, the less info we will have down this line to deduce scum. It's really critical we do everything we can and force scum to have to play because it's really easy for them to hide and get away with it in this type of game
