So the read itself isnt the issue, its the level of assuredness that is just a bad play from town if they are.
Addendum:
Some people are scum hunters. Some people are town hunters. Some people hunt for both (it me!). I town read players who usually town hunt when they are dead sure of a town read, scum read scum hunters who are dead sure of a town read, and find different cues by which to read the 3rd category.

I could very much see a Vota/Gibus scum team. Theyve been circling each others reads and have been following each others leads but not in a very overt way.

I keep coming back to the way that Vota/Freddie hid their knowledge of each other out of the game when so many of us were talking about knowing each other in some form.
That doesnt seem like an omission by accident, it seems like something that was purposely kept hush hush.
