I did, a while back. I highly doubt that mafia would devise and post an entire theory for winning the game as town. Too much work for not enough gain, and asking for roleclaims is always going to attract suspicion.

Mafia know whether the setup is A, B or C, but not the specific setup.

The way I see it, there are three possible options.
1) Cook is town, and her posting of the theory is a genuine attempt to aid the town. I think this is most likely.
2) Cook is scum, and her posting of the theory is a genuine attempt to aid the town. Betraying your team is a dirtbag move and not something I'd expect from Cook.
3) Cook is scum, and her posting of the theory is an attempt to gain towncred and discover power roles. This is ridiculous, because the theory was tracker specific before the game started, before mafia!Cook knew that she was mafia or whether or not there was a possible tracker in the game. It's possible, but improbable.
