Vote: No Lynch
I think our best bet is for me to enable Oman and then have Korlash and Oman vig each other tomorrow night. Any number of things can happen, based on what happens with the nightkill - best case scenario is an instant win for the town (I won't spell that one out for the scum), worst-case scenario is a very good chance of win for the town.
I don't like Oman lynch, because if Korlash is scum he can kill + vig and he wins.
The plan still winds up with Oman and Korlash both guaranteed dead before endgame.

Because if I didn't give Korlash a vig, he wouldn't be able to cross-kill.
I'm expecting them to go along with the plan because it's quite obviously the protown thing to do. If they're protown it makes them win. If they're scum, who cares if they deviate because they'll just be vigged by the other person.

Korlash, I'm happy to do this, but because I'm a "hider" I need to not hide to allow Pie to enable me. I need to know if you're intending to vig me tonight, because, seriously, I'm not going to let myself be killed this clsoe to the end.
I'm happy for you and me to vig eachother. If I hide, i can't vig you, so you don't need to worry about that.

So you come at me with the "im not gunna let myself be killed" BS then talk about vigging each other? That registers a bit hypocritical to me.
"Im not gunna die unless Im powered first! Then I can die thats fine..."
BS man... I wont vig you because you should and better be lynched today.

^ I agree.
Pie why are you saying you will give the vig kill to a person who the rest of us thinks is most likely scum?
Pie if you think I am scum, do you actually think I won't kill tonight?
Pie if I am scum and Oman is a hider why would I not kill him when i have a chance tonight after I am specifically told he will not hide?
Shan: where you at?
Also, What town would think double no lynch better then anything this close to end game? Seriously.

Hello and Welcome to
Let's spin the wheel and see what we'll look at first ...
Now, Korlash is kindly demonstrating exactly what happens when you don't employ this useful life tool. You may accidentally make unfounded statements, such as those that cause you to blindly kill everyone who seems scummy. Now, kids, let's try it ... everyone together now ...
Now, Korlash obviously wants Oman dead. Seeing as any plans to vig Oman will inevitably result in Oman hiding, vigging Oman will result in certain town victory (if he's scum) or a lynch-or-lose endgame of Pie, Shanba, Korlash, and Setael. Korlash will most likely be lynched, and scum win if Pie, Shanba, or Setael is the scum.
If Korlash instead waits a night and cross-vigges with Oman, Certain Town Victory will still occur if he Oman is scum. Instead, though, we encounter an endgame with Pie, Shanba, and Setael. In this endgame, Shanba will most likely decide who winds up dead, and the odds are better still that the town wins the game, simply because the game ends with one more person dead.
Now, back to our Justice Wheel! Tictictictictictictic ...

.Yes, kids, it may be tempting to allow yourself this degree of callousness, but don't let it happen to you. Oman is quite clearly saying here "I'm not going to die this late in the game
without a purpose
." This is obvious, as Oman has accepted the cross-vig plan, and also because Oman has shown himself to be Not a Complete Moron. Interestingly, both
these qualities make him all the more qualified to reject Korlash's vig-now-ask-questions-later plan.Part B:
The lapse in logic is forgivable, seeing as this is not the worst offense within a 2-post radius.Setael wrote:Makes no sense to me. If the people who are double vigging are town then all we're doing is giving scum free NKS and if they're scum, we're trusting them to act protown. likely scum.
This point was addressed exactly 5 posts above; I will paraphrase for the sake of brevity:
As long as all protown members of the plan go along with it, the town is most to win the game.
Setael claims that "If they're scum, we're trusting them to act protown." No, they can kill whoever they want. But they will
be killed by the other vig, resulting in instant town victory. And if they're both town, they won't be NKing for the scum - they will be lynching for the town. Seeing as how this is in place of us lynching Oman then Korlash, nothing is lost.Well, that's all the time we've got. Hopefully you've all learned something today.

Simul'd with Korlash.
1) So we can eliminate our two biggest prospects for scum, rather than just one
2) I don't think it's likely, because I think you would have killed last night. But if scum does kill tonight, it's not like that messes anything up.
3) Because we'd lynch you the next day. So if you were scum, no worries then.
4) Good Question
5) Because

First off... Hi I'm Korlash! i have the thickest skull of all the flavored name based members here at good ol' whatever website I'm on! I enjoy bikeriding, the Wii(yeah i'm weird) and to insult stupid people! i'm all set for class... lets kick this pig!
If Oman hides, there will only be a lylo if scum kills! Are you planning on killing someone? Also why will I most likely be lynched. Obviously I'm the lest likely scum in your eyes, as you gave me the "pro town" kill yes? set agrees oman shoudl die, and Shan is AWOL. So unless I will lynch myself, Your logic fails atm. onward!
I'll let Set handle the next part as unlike pie here I dont make up excuses for others if I can help it! ^^
I tried think once... Caused me to get one of those things... you know... a headache with pictures!!! my mom was so proud! <3
teacher! i don't get it! how does 2+2= 7? You make no sense!pie wrote:Now, Korlash obviously wants Oman dead. PHAILURE! There is still scum out there. High chances are that remaining scum has a kill AND a power. Last night I am fairly certain the scum used the power. Whats stopping them from killing me tonight? Also I'll say again, Shan is still awol...so... yeah... he wont be deciding much...Pie wrote:If Korlash instead waits a night and cross-vigges with Oman, Certain Town Victory will still occur if he Oman is scum. Your funny!
Look man, I like to insult people by saying their dumb in fancy words too, but unless your trying to piss me off and force me to vig you tonight just for the hell of it thus putting this game in jeopordy and pretty much handing it to the scum, you better wise up. either try to get yoru point across without insulting me, or get yourself replaced. And this is for the sake of the whole town. i wont argue with you anymore on crap like whether or not your plans are dumb or my logic is stupid. unless you think you, set, and oman can finish the game on your own I advise you to watch what you say.

That it was...
Also I jsut got yet another braintrasfusion!
more on theme.
Ok so seeing as how we have three lords, I find it hard to believe more then one could get kidnapped. And further proof of this would be I don't see one lord being a godfather over another. So I would assume Lyn and Hector both to be town. At the same time I would not see a morph giving away a kill, so outside of third party I see pie as town. (Third party meaning anything from Sk to neutral, to surviver, to whatever. Point being scum, not third party is what we should care about today.)
SO... breakdown of scum likeliness would be me or Oman!
Hows this for a plan, lynch oman, vig pie, lynch me tomorrow.Covers all bases. Hows that for a plan pie? huh huh, how do you feel about dying?

No, I actually rather enjoyed that. I make Ad Hominem,
FUN!!!!!
I've been spending the entire game separating fluff posting from scummery. You'll kindly get over yourself if you have to do it once.
Anyways, on to the content:
-If Oman is scum, we will lynch him after he hides and all is well. If he is protown, he will not hide. Yes, my plan is contingent on protown players acting in the town's interest, but you're the only one I'm worried about there.
-Well, I would advise Shanba to track Oman. If you die tonight, Shanba can either snag the last scum, or we confirm Oman innocent plus he has vig powers. Either one of these is a good enough situation.
-Yes, I agree, it is most likely you or Oman. However, I'm not one to take unnecessary chances. Based on play alone, I'm feeling dead sure it's Oman, but I've been surer and wronger before.
-I'm fine with dying at the proper time. For example, if there's no kill tonight, the correct play would probably be to lynch either myself or Set (I'd leave that one up to Shanba). If Shanba decided I should be lynched
then
, I wouldn't have a huge objection.I am a stand-up dude of genuine flyness.
How is "dead sure" not enough for a vote?
After all this, it seems evident that Pie's role is something funny - something other than just a protown vig that gives away his kill. I don't know what. Maybe neutral? I agree that it'd be a weird role dynamic for an SK, and I don't see him as straight scum, but I just really don't see how, if he was protown, he'd be so opposed to just lynching Oman at this point.
So it appears we're at the standstill of Oman and Pie wanting a No Lynch which I will never agree to today, and me and Korlash wanting Oman strung up. Shanba can decide what we do.

I assume that you're talking about the conclusion that you're not straight protown, so I'll quote myself.
It's all these concocted schemes. I think any townies would just aim for lynching the scummiest person at this point in the game, and you seem to be fighting that pretty hard.setael wrote:I just really don't see how, if he was protown, he'd be so opposed to just lynching Oman at this point.
