Fropome's RVS vote was for Revenus. I have meta reason to consider dismissing this as neutral, but still

I wish I had more time/motivation to contribute more but my RL issues and finals made me drag behind to the point that I couldn't follow fast enough. Asking for replacement was not an option because I didn't want anyone else to take a burden of catching up 80+ pages.
