Mafia knows who is real cop if he claimed.
So they will definitely use it.
The cops should be unpredictable to make any mafia plans about him too fragile and dangerous for mafia.
There are two claimed cops.

So kitty should have more chances to be true for you. So you are trying to manipulate the true cop from your pov, explaining it that u want to check him.
It maybe works only if you consider both cops are fake.

I asked entire town to leash cops. I am not egocentric to claim that only T3 should be leashed, bc of my the best intuition
Truth to be said there is a chance for both cops to be scum. For example Kitty might be just unlucky SK. I find both of them individually scummy.
The cop can say it loud, that he agrees, who will be checked, but he doesnt need to do it at night. He can check anyone suspicious, not necessary the proposed target.

Things that can go wrong A: Mafia kills cop target (they can just kill the cop), target is rolestopped, target is aliened, cop is roleblocked(it may happen regardless of leash), Cop is killed (also regardless),
Things that can go wrong B: Vig kills the target, Watcher fails to confirm cop, Motion det has to check cop rather then his target, target is aliened, target commuted, babysitter kills target, cop is roleblocked(it may happen regardless of leash), Cop is killed (also regardless) and the most likely: cop is scum and picks target based on the most convenient scenario

You are either blind or mafia who can't make up new argument and keeps pressing same button.
My vote had 0.1% chance to kill Cabd, and i knew that (unless someone add another vote after, that's it). This resulted in Cabd believe he was hammered and answering in town style. I actually saved my townread from lynch and i am fine with that.
What REASON you and T3 have, is another question. Action doesh't matters. Matters reason for this action.
