We should be able to get info on the blademaster and the cultist now that the initiative - eating sharpshooter is dead. We need a scry lvl 2 on Alpha and Beta, then probably attack Alpha because the chance to kill them at once is greater. I am still exhausted and only attacked because the clock was running down.

what about level 3 (bonus action for user instead of initiative, which give someone else an action)?

Ok, Alpha is stunned. If it rolls a 3 for defense, then it survives with 1 hp but that's not interesting because it got hit by crit.
