Gobanzo throws the magical pen to Allahandra. Allahandra jumps up and manages to catch it. She then begins channeling the pen's energy as she starts a spell ritual. Black and purple wisps begin to circle around her fingertips. She points towards Alpha, and the cultist is overwhelmed with terror.

Healing items are best used when someone is at exactly 1 HP, Healing Grace is a very strong ability. Also, you can still use an action after using healing potion I think.
