tl;dr - has made no effort to legitimately scumhunt. Show me one question that he posed to another player that wasn't either retaliatory/defensive in nature, or fluff. This is the PepsiMax Challenge. (Hint: there isn't one.)
Furthermore, he has opportunistic voting habits, and his "argument" for Sakura-Majiffy scum is defensive, associative-without-flip drivel.
In addition, he has claimed to have joined this game based on knowledge of other players' meta. He hasn't discussed anything regarding meta, insofar as his reads, thus far.
To conclude - he's scum. Vote him.

He looked scummy initially, but then by page 10 I had him neutral, I saw similarities between him and other newbtowns in my other games (Remembrance in newbie 1343; Plague in newbie 1353 if I remember correctly) but only put him neutral due to my earlier scumread on him. I haven't anaylsed his posts since page 10, they have looked fairly normal and I don't have a reason to suspect him, but I might have another look later.

She could be, she's come very close to getting replaced a few times and we haven't had much content out of her. However she could just as easily be town. I'd like to see some content from her/her replacement, coming in every few days with a brief posts is not good enough.

Well i'm running low on questions to ask, since most stuff seems to be focused on me or PhD, and apparently bringing up either of these up will make me look scummy no matter what, so here are my reads so far.

DBK: Going Town, tho i dont like how he replies vaguely to Majiffy's case on patzer, i can understand his reasoning, makes sense to me to want to get a reaction from patzer on Majiffy's case and holding his voice until then, so it makes me think he's legitimately scumhunting.

patzer: Slightly Town, not sure what to make of his case towards Majiffy, but since it's targeting me as well, not sure if I'm supposed to defend myself or what, his answer to my question seems legit, and shares some of my thoughts on the matter, which is why i'm leaning town on him.

anorway: Slightly Town, looks like he's scumhunting, tho i'm not sure what to make of his last few posts, his ISO #14 seems to vote PhD for what reason exactly? Looks at Majiffy's wagon, doesn't buy it, and still keeps his vote on PhD.

PhD: null, with a bit scummy. The start of the game went pretty badly for him, and he still seems to have an issue answering my questions, I'm scumhunting, why else would I ask people questions?. He being new and all I'll give him the benefit of doubt for the momment and just put him as slightly scummy.

TMT: Very scum, tho can't say for sure until he answers my question. Tho his ISO #8 stands out to me a bit, he says "The most scummy person is usually town" yet he's voting me as "The most scummiest person" what the heck? in his ISO #10 he says I'm contradicting myself, with no basis, I put pressure on people to get reactions yes, and I don't see why a towny should feel nervous about voting, but hey people like to twist my words around or misrep me. He denies tunneling on his ISO #14, yet his ISO #24 rubs me the wrong way, he says he's not tunelling me because he's not accusing me of being scum without reason, yet he says he's voting me because he I'm scum, then he says all i've done is scummy things, when I've already replied and answered every single question thrown at me.

So the only case i can actually get some answers from right now seems to be Majiffy's case on patzer's so...

As I have said in other posts I may have thought she was scum but I still didn't like her at L-1. We have a few people in this game with little content so I think it would be a mistake to lynch her right away. Also we are nowhere near the dead line so why rush?
