*ponder* did that make any sense to anyone? blackhawk, can you explain your action/inaction, and how it relates to the half-reason you gave? :)

i'm not certain that I follow the big_k logic, but it seems to have convinced 5 people to vote for him, so I will wait for a defense/claim.

That's all fine, ZONEACE, but that's not anywhere near what blackhawk actually said. Then again, I am no translator for Young American. :)

Um wow. Many votes for me. The whole "what is a pro-pop" thing wasn't a mistake or a trap. I just wanted to know if others had the same role. This is my first game on mafiascum (look at my post total) and I'm learning on the fly. From now on, I am going to let more experienced players led and formulate hypothesises.

As for changing my views about the sk and mafia groups, the new posts and extra thought on my part are what changed my views. I stand by my present views.

I would just post my role from Tal to prove I'm good, but that is against the rules in this game.

Umma ctually Telling us your role is tyhe only thing that will save you now. Dont write word for word the PM that was sent to you but make a claim as to who you are and what you ability is if you have one.

Lynching newbies on the first day has never been to my taste, plus his last post seems to be earnest. Of course, then again last game I was in I defended one of the mafia (who ended up winning), so my instincts might be off right now. Usually I would suggest finding another person to look at as I don't like massive numbers of role-claims and he feels innocent to me, but then again my instincts have been off recently, so . . .

I'm sensing his earnestness too, Tigris, so I'm going to
Unvote: big_kahunia
and instead
FOS: big_kahunia
. And BK, you really need to claim now, something as simple as "vigelante-ish" or "cop-ish" would suffice.

Geez, ZONE, I would have been happy just hearing his role name ... you didn't need to suggest giving out his entire role to him. Overaggressive a little? That's two posts in a row that were suspicious - the first one saying blackhawk wanted him to claim when that's not what his post said, and now this one.

I was iffy about saying if I have an ability. I have no problem saying (or claiming) a role name (or pop star character). I do have an ability but am unsure what it means. I thought I was a cop at first, but now I don't know.

I am Justin Timberlake and pro-pop.

Well, after reviewing the comment in question, it seems reasonable enough to me that Kahunia's questioning of what a Pro-Pop is could very well have just been seeking some clarification of the term partly to define his own role, rather than an actual questioning of the nature of its existence. So,
Unvote BK
.

unvote:bigk

Well, Big K's post is convincing enough for now. I think I'm more interested in JereIC, who is trying to ignore that little "slip" he made about limo drivers.

unvote big_kahunia, vote ZONEACE
. Although I am still curious why big_kahunia asked what pro-pop meant. And seriously, you guys, stop diverting me from Dirge. ;)

No, I'm not, I had already unvoted him before he claimed. I can't unvote him again to prove that I'm satisfied.
Carmine wrote:I think I'm more interested in JereIC, who is trying to ignore that little "slip" he made about limo drivers.
No, I'm not ignoring it. Note:
JereIC wrote:
Dirge wrote:Number one; let’s look closer at the death scene. There is no mention of a 'limo driver', Cadillac and Lincoln Town Cars are generally the vehicle of choice for limos, Mercedes Benz are the ultimate in upper class transportation and a limo driver is not likely to appreciate the value of a Versace dress.
Number two; I am guessing that in a ‘pop star’ themed game that the scum would be ‘pop stars’. Who better to have as scum than ‘has-beens’? I do think that scum would drop hints as to what they are, especially if their role could possibly be interpreted either way, town/scum e.g. Tiffany (see a lot of other games). I am only FOSing massive. That way, if they are investigated and all the investigation reveals is role name then they can’t be accused of lying.
Wow, I didn't even notice that. I'll FOS: Massive as well...
Now, there is, in fact, a Mercedes Benz limo, and that's what was in my mind when I read the description. However, I completely missed part about the Versache dress, so I think Dirge is on to something when he suggests the SK is a has-been.

Because:

1) at the top of this page, you purported that blackhawk wasn't voting because he wanted a roleclaim from big_kahunia, which he never said;
2) in the middle of this page, you demanded a complete role claim from big_kahunia when it wasn't necessary; and
3) towards the end of this page, you "unvoted" big_kahunia as an attempt to show you believed his role claim, when you weren't voting him to begin with.

Any one of those individually would make me suspicious. All three on one page gets you voteworthy.

ok
1) i theorized, if you notice, i said maybe thats why. If i was blackhawk i wouldnt have voted for BK cause one more vote would have meant BKs death, and he hadnt claimed yet.

2) Um, he hadnt claimed, i was merely letting the newly registered member how things usually go. WHen you get that close to being lynched, if you dont claim, you are most likely going to die.

3) I had forgotten that I hadnt voted for BK. THat is the truth. PLus why does unvoting someone who made a believable claim make me suspicious. that is not very logical at all.

I'll
unvote BK
but I'm still kind of wondering about this claim. (From what I gather,) He doesn't actually know what he is. I've no doubt he's Justin Timberlake because no one else claimed it and he is sure to be in this game, but as for what BK is I'm still clueless...

I don't think that he is a confirmed innocent but his explanation is reasonable.

I think that Massive is reading too much into Zoneace's posts.
