At the last minute my body double, Restferamenta, saved the day and took a bullet for me. I win!

Why did the game end? I thought I still had a move. Seb was in a masonry and I could have killed him. Though I'm not sure how that could change the end result, but I assumed the all the scum were masons to begin with.

Only Sebguer was in a masonry.

Even assuming everything went right for you, Rest recruited another mafia member and the mafia didn't target you, you would have ended up with an endgame of 1 mafia not in a masonry and you, which would have ended in your death.

If two of them had been in masonries yes, there would have been the possibility of killing them all and ending in scorched earth, but as it stands that was impossible to achieve.

This game rolled out with pretty much the best case scenario for the mafia team, managing to kill all 3 confirmable town roles by night 2.
The mason groups, after getting full recruits day one, managed to not get any further recruits throughout the rest of the game, especially Jahudo, who could have turned things around if he was able to redirect a kill onto one of the mafia.

Biggest regrets would have to be not including a generic mason recruiter PM in the first post, which would have cleared some things up, and also not dividing the night up, making actions resolve before the night ended so new recruits could talk on the same night they were recruited.

Good game guys. Was pretty impressed by alcove's move yesterday. :)

I liked being able to day talk a lot. Unfortunately we didn't get to use it too much.

Being killed off so early made me sad. :v

Actually, it's just occurred to me that there is a one tiny chance you could have still won.

If you and Rest recruited the remaining two mafia members, the mafia killed Max, lynched rest, then tried to kill you with a mafia member that you didn't recruit, and you targeted another member, that would leave you in a 1:1 endgame which would have resulted in victory for you. I didn't even consider this until now and it's a rather unlikely outcome, but I hope you don't feel cheated by me prematurely ending it.

I hadn't thought of that. I didn't know if there was another masonry so I wasn't thinking in that direction.

I think we all fell into the mafia's hands of accepting easy lynches and we are all guilty of that (though i was happy killing town :P).

We got too complacent saying Y is responsible for X's quick lynch, get him! Wait, Z is responsible for Y's quick lynch. get him too! without looking at the other hoppers.

Awwww....I was recruited for my hatred of zwets....but died instead.

I had tunnelvision but FFS, zwets you gotta play better as town...you were so friggin scummy!!!!! I had suspicions of alcove and he was who I was going for the next day...wouldn't have mattered though. The way he jumped on and off zwets bandwagon was very very scummy. I didn't want to mention it though because I wanted zwets lynched.

I really just couldn't get into this game. It was too quiet. My guess is because everyone except me (and Max) could talk in the masonry's and I was bored.

But can you not see that lynching a mason recruiter was a bad move? I would have respected you more if you had just said "I screwed up" instead of defending it to the death.

rokovoj I missed you... for the one additional day that I was alive... lol

I must give credit to Caboose. When I died I had thoughts that Sebguer and alcove could have been scum, but I thought Caboose was town.

And go figure, he was the one who killed me lol.

My "Scumtell" in the beginning of the game was not really a scum tell, in that I would have done the same as town... Not rest's comment in her chat that I would list pros and cons without deciding, that was legitimately me being undecided (I mean, I was uninformed scum) and also how I play as town. I can't help it, I second-guess myself a lot and prefer to just display the whole thought process for other people to draw conclusions from.

My behavior with the mylo thing, however, was definitely a scum-tell and I was kicking myself the entire time about it. It was just a stupid, stupid, very scummy move on my part.
Of course at the time I THOUGHT my buddies had picked up on my breadcrumbs, in fact I was almost positive of it, and I assumed that was why people were defending me... Course that was wrong, my buddies did defend me but had no clue who I was...

In general I've discovered I prefer being clueless scum to clueless town. It's so nice to be able to quietly cheer in the back of my head over every kill, instead of feeling frustrated.

Aw, thanks.

I'd like to argue that the one who stated this downwards slide for town was Empking. His attack on you made no sense whatsoever.

Now for quicktopic posts.

none of them. you made them impossibly obscure. But reading your quicktopic and then going back and seeing how you deliberately misspelled "today" was fun =D

Black Sun Society was totally the coolest faction, except maybe that suicide cult... OH RIGHT. AND THE SECRET AGENTS. BUT THAT GOES WITHOUT SAYING. =DDD
