A stalled HD wagon that people are getting cold feet on isn't going to do Nacho much good in the long run.

Not to mention the two people remaining he could probably get to go on the wagon were too busy lynching CTD to care (Bulbazak & ThAd).

I kinda disagree that your wagon was played out.
And for me his argument for CTD-scum was the convincing one.
I've been thinking about buzzword bingo and how scum-Nacho had you picked out as the easiest mislynch. He was setting you up for it early day 1 and kept working at it all through that game day. The mislynch choice, reasons, and method of attack were all outlined in the mafia QT of that game. And those plans can be seen in action in the game thread.
I'm not seeing that kind of trajectory here at all.

I think my wagon was played out in that not enough people were willing to join it. It might not have been played out in terms of people actually wanting to lynch me, but as it was, it definitely wasn't growing anytime soon.
I'd go read that Mafia QT again, but I'm mildly lazy. Elaborate a bit more?
I understand that he went after me from the very beginning in that game, but that was a 9 player game. This started with what, 24 players? It also probably helps that, at least early on, you couldn't really call me (+ Om) an easy mislynch.

He very quickly sorted the players into that game into lynchable/not, and figured how to keep a townbloc from forming effectively - e.g., working together on day 1. (and it worked. jesus christ did it work as far as any chance of getting him lynched on day 1). And he coached his scum partner on how to take you apart via the contrast in your posting styles. They faced insurmountable odds in that game, but the plan nacho came up with was really the best plan I can think of for stopping that town, and they executed it well.

I admit, it was a very good plan.
We still won and that game was fun as hell though.

My vote stays where it is.
Going to to the beach. If you want to talk about that game's contrast with this one we can pick it back up later.

PA did soft defend thez D2, but why does that really matter?

: I still have some reservations on this slot from d1. I didn't like how they white knighted Oversoul, or that they tried to avoid discussing my actual points, and instead tried to claim that everything I said was a misrep (Ergo: attempt to discredit the case). They also soft defended Thez on d2.

: Same as Om. I had similar problems with her predecessor, Baby Spice. She also soft defended Thez, but she was more overt about it than Om was. Gut says partner.

Thez had majorly messed up with the claim, and it was obvious that he had fake claimed. PA defended him and offered an alternate explanation and then focused on Bacde. It caught my attention at the time, because I didn't think that was a natural response to the situation. It looked more like she was trying to fix her partner's mistake and shift attention back on Bacde, who had been wagoned earlier in the day.

oh
before I forget
Obligatory Play-style rant
Obligatory rant on Scum hydra being weaker than solo scum
Obligatory rant on Town hydra being stronger that solo-town

Does Nacho have a Game where he was town with Ceph (of either alignment) that I can look at?
Blue, probably. But it wasn't that hard at all to see him as red scum yesterday.

No.

His push on ThAd --> Push on Baezu when ThAd became obviously town.

I read back through that. The only thing that gives me a little pause is his not voting (e.g. bussing) CTD when the momentum shifted so hard. But, it could have been the speed of the shift.
It doesn't give me enough pause to change my mind.
Mostly cuz I do it at some point in a game and I just realized I havn't done that yet
though, for the hydra rant thing, I just find it incredibly annoying and somewhat ignorant when someone thinks that play as both alignments somehow get better, when it doesn't especially as scum
When did Thad become Obviously town, I must have missed it
Nacho, what was the point of you linking that game? I came to the conclusion that your interaction with Ceph here is nothing like your interaction with Ceph there, though that doesn't really mean much to me since one can easily change their interaction with their partner that they have previously. You would be aware that people could meta your interaction with Ceph especially since (IIRC) someone else brought it up early game.
and, if there is three scum left who would it be if you aren't scum and I'm not scum?
Desp and Perev are nearly conf. town, Ffulisades has been incredibly town all game
and Bulb, HD, and Peng_alien are left over
Bulb in that PoE makes me feel weird and I can't find a partnership that works with any given two

I'm not seeing where HD didn't work really hard to discredit ThAd and push his lynch in a way that lines up with scum playing on town paranoia. And him saying his reaction was towny, well. The posts I've seen just don't support that. He also avoided the neighborhoods aside from ThAd, like he didn't want to start whittling away at them outside of the claimed PR who wasn't on his team. With two decent town reads also reading him as scum, I'm willing to bet on HD being scum, very likely blue.

By my interpretation, a vigilante shooting at someone being protected expends their bullet.
ThAd claimed he lost a bullet when he shot at Bulbazak, but not when he shot at HD.

You were basing your case on me being scum pretty much with my Cephrir interactions, so I wanted to bring up those radically different scum interactions to chat with you. I can't defend against scum interactions with "nope that's not how I would do it", but I can bring up a past experience to compare it to and go from there.
