I look for posts that I believe come from scum, regardless of whether I think there is intent. Many of the damning posts could easily have been made without conscious intent (without which intent is not really possible, at least given the definition in use here).

I mean, I do want want to this to devolve into a theory discussion, but asking "Does this post likely come from scum?" is not the same thing as asking "Is there scum intent in this post?"

Pedit: I'm not entirely sold on Talah-scum, but I don't think he's done enough to be town and I don't think mastins reason to why he's scum is weak, so
