There were a few modding decisions that might be a bit controversial. I tried to stick to the letter of the roles as they were submitted, but sometimes this was tricky. I kept forgetting about the apathetic when doing vote counts. I probably shouldn't have allowed the different apathetic people to even be voted, according to the text of the role, and therefore perhaps GNR shouldn't have been lynched today. However, I consistently counted votes on the various apathetics throughout the game, and so for the sake of consistency I counted them against GNR.
Also, GNR's (this guy is a lightening rod for tricky situations, it seems) TTD of choice on night two. The scum blocked this with Pikachu's Iron Tail, which meant that the next player on the playerlist had to be protected instead. This threw me a bit: since the dead player targeted by TTD wasn't on the playerlist, how to apply Iron Tail? In the end, I decided that this was a bit of a dividing-by-zero situation. I took the playerlist to be those in the excel document rather than in the first post.
Finally, the TTD wasn't only a reviver. It could protect on any night of the game, including the current one, when it was simply a normal doc. I think this nuance might have been a bit lost.
Overall, I thought the game was played pretty well. The scum had daytalk, which they made good use of. Town were disadvantaged due to a few flakes and replacements. The two turning points in the game were, as I saw them, the big kerfuffle about Elmo's role at the beginning of the game, and AV's emergence as the 'town' leader. Somehow he managed to get himself 'conftown', which was impressive. It's a shame that there were so many replacements, as it meant that a bunch of people were playing without one of their own roles in the game. I found it interesting how at times somebody's created role would be used against them in the game.
Thanks for playing! I might try to mod a larger version of this game. Does anybody have any comments on the setup, mechanic, etc?

Town had lost it as soon as you agreed to our plan. We were going to force the nl today if you hadn't bitten gnr lynch :p kondi was a problem for us yesterday but once he got on board it was over.
I don't think apathetic would be lynchproof - votes aren't really actions - but the loss of the vote was very important for us!
I'll say more when I get home but this sort of game plays to my strengths. I had a role rotation spreadsheet from pre-game!

I enjoyed that game, and I think it's actually my first scum win, which, considering I was as close to "known" scum as possible in most peoples eyes from day 2 onwards makes me wonder why I was left alive. Especially after I quick-hammered shos (seriously, that reasoning by me was terrible).
AV played a blinder, but then I knew he would from a game I modded last year when he was scum. Drawing AV as scum was great for me.
Only negative was bringing kondi back. Mod, for future reference don't bring back dead players in any capacity, although you said he didn't know additional info, he would still have known what his original slot had done, that gives him more info than the average player. One strong rule should be to never let dead players, of any capacity, replace in. But thankfully we managed to twist it round in our favour.
Sorry about getting really ranty and bitchy at times (It's even in the QT if it gets posted, I've agreed, so it's up to AV and Vijay now), I think the stress of college, along with the fact that on those points I know what I was saying was still in reality rather than just me being a scummy bastard, made me go a bit nutty, but other than that the game went well.
Sorry Elmo, I twisted you a bit last night in our DP (I'm happy for that to be posted too, as it can show how much of a bugger I was being with my bullshitting there), but it was for the greater good... me winning that is
.
Hope to have another CYOR again, though I suggest the mod looks at the roles sent in, and modifies them accordingly so that there wont be any strange abnormalities, and also queries, pre-game, any possibilities that may come up with the role. Once the game starts, it's solely mod-discretion.
Oh, and no allowing roles to be created after game start, would likely have been better to have that slot be a VT, although it gave us a nice bonus as we really screwed town with that one, and as it was us playing silly buggers with causing the friction, the game didn't get reset. Had it been a legitimate issue I think the re-roll would have been good, instead it was just us being bastards

I'd have not started until everyone had sent a role in. If a player needs replacing pre-game, keep their role if they sent one in, hold off on starting if they haven't. I'd also ask people to send multiple in so that you could choose the most appropriate - oracle wasnt really useful with all the roles posted in the op. In fact, could this have been closed? Not sure how that would affect things - would've made it harder for us to screw town, but we'd have had more info than town relatively speaking.

Easy way to break that though AV would be to just auto-announce what roles are in-game day one. As town that would be my first port of call. Everyone announces their roles so we know what we're playing with. Sure it automatically gives scum knowledge of what's going where, but come day 2, the town knows what is going where as well if they didn't already. Otherwise you're spot on.

I'm blaming this on lack of town effort. Prana was obvious the whole time, and I had already stated how it pretty much had to be AV with him. AV did really good until he started talking about how I was scummy for trying to lynch confirmed town, though.

TTD was locked up most of the game. When I quick hammered shos it was impossible for the TTD to bring anyone back, as I Iron Tailed GNR (Nothing at that stage could have stopped that), then I had TTD and so I was unable to use it, but I wasted the second shot anyway. No matter what happened, MB couldn't have used it even had we gone to night phase with a no-lynch, and just on the offchance, I had already sent in the DP action to pair MB and Elmo.
The only chance town had was to lynch me or AV yesterday, the second they didn't, town was basically done for. We could have even come out of the gates today going "hai guyz, we're the scum, lol" and nobody could have touched us. We had basically worked most of the roles out by the start of day 2, and by the end of that day we'd already worked out where the TTD was, plus we had AV protect town as we were covered in tons of areas, such as the stalker, it was a much more direct form of towniness for him to be confirmed by than any other.
Although I do hope people drop their "conftown" stuff in future games thanks to AV's play here

@Kondi - Yeah I realised my mistake at that point and backtracked on it - I thought at the time that the only way to get the rest of the town to go along with the plan was to discredit you, but then I thought that the better play was to get you on-side with a BB lynch. At first, I didn't have an auto-win plan that involved lynching BB, which is why I OMGUS'd you -- as soon as I saw that the BB lynch was also fine, my tactics changed. You were the only one who actually paid attention to the implications of the roles, though, so that's why you were so dangerous to us and made me tip my hand too soon!

Also, yeah. Prana survived to endgame despite being a primary wagon on D2! The whole "TTD is useful" spiel was bullshit to try to keep him alive: with the way the DPs fell, there was no chance of using it anyway!

ah, game over. I hve to say that I thought AV was playing brilliantly thorugh the whole game, regardless of alignment, lol. vijay and prana's quicklynch on me - how comes you didn't lynch prana?!?! AV was really manipulative lol.
also AV, if you forced the nolynch then you would be dining together, and then lynched
